Check in, check out, and the whole process were extremely satisfied. The nurse was extremely skillful and knowledgeable. Before I had a chance to inform her that my veins are hidden, and others failed to get a blood draw from my right arm after bruising it badly. To my surprise, she instantly use a butterfly needle, located the hidden vein on my right arm, draw blood, and completed the process instantly. NO bruising, only a tiny mark where my blood was drawn.
