I worked with Roger on a very specific piece I needed timely to help during recovery from a surgery. He was amazing in helping it get to me as quickly as possibly. The chair is wonderful and we are extremely pleased with the product and customer service. Would recommend both.

Our furniture from Arhaus was delivered today and the whole experience has been nothing short of wonderful. We visited the Avalon store 3 weeks ago. Though we only intended to browse as we were undecided on the layout we wanted, Karen was extremely helpful in showing us all the options for sizes and depth of seating. She even had me sketch out the odd shaped layout of our living space to help us decide on size of pieces that'd fit. We found a glider that we liked but the couch I'd seen online was not available in store for us to look at and she could not find it online either. However, since we were still making up our minds at that point, we did not place our order with her. We later placed our order online for 4 living room pieces - 2 leather couches that I saw online and 2 leather gliders that she helped us choose. A couple days later a customer service representative called to confirm the order and provide a rough delivery timeline. Setting up a delivery date and time window was also quite easy though doing it over phone, text msg AND email was overkill. Wish they'd asked me which method to use. The delivery guys were quick, efficient and careful (except that the automated delivery reminder phone call came too early at 6:15 am for a 7:40 am delivery). The new furniture is absolutely gorgeous and of excellent quality. We wish we'd started our search here rather than the other furniture stores in Alpharetta where though the sales people were helpful, the pricing was either ridiculous, order timelines were too long or the quality was suspect.

Arhause is cheating you on stocked furniture. I recently purchased the stocked 84" slim arm Kipton sofa. Imagine my shock to receive a significantly smaller sofa. The cushion depth is shorter by almost 3" and the length is shorter by 2". I contacted their concierge department, only to be told that it is an acceptable variance, WHAT!!! They tried to say that my stocked product was actually a special order and therefore subject to the size variances. When I pointed out that under the their terms and conditions only SPECIAL ORDER pieces are subject to that variance. They tried to say well it applies to stocked items also. They also added that size variation can be as much as 3". This is not not true under Terms and Conditions, only a 2" difference is allowable due those pieces are made by hand. Just like boxes of cereal, cake mixes and a variety of other food products. Arhause has adopted a shrinkage mindset. Pay more for less and not even what was promised when purchased. Unless you want overpay for a sofa that is WAY smaller than advertised. DONT BUY FROM ARHAUSE!!!!!

STAY AWAY. They don't call if you ask, they're rude as hell when they finally do, and they don't seem to care about anything really. We had to fight them to make a purchase, and they still almost screwed that up. Overall terrible experience that made me write my first ever review! Hurray! I genuinely hope they fire everybody there or they go out of business (at least at this location).

BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered furniture from Arhaus 3 times and it was delivered 3 times damaged! All the furniture was returned and now I cannot get my refund!!! I’m getting my attorney involved since I’ve contacted them several times for my refund and I have all the documentation needed to move forward! They will pay for attorney fees as well! Never again will I purchase anything from Arhaus!

Do not purchase at this location. My family have bought furniture from Arhaus Phipps Plaza store and had a positive experience and love their furniture style. We decided to come to the Alpharetta location to browse and had selected a few items. Our first impression was the unwelcoming vibes coming from the staff in general until we were paying for our stuff. We had made sure with the sales at this location about holding onto shipping since our house was not ready yet, which in fact did not happen and took us several weeks to talk and re-arrange. During this time the staff here barely provided any help or assistance and fully showed that they made zero effort to take note and make sure everything is in order. Second time visiting we had the opportunity to talk with the Manager Stephen about our audit, and he responded with extremely rude and disrespectful attitude and quoted that we were trying to “money launder”. I do not understand how one store can lack such professionalism and work ethics in their employees, and I do not and will never recommend anyone purchase from this location.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! ITS AN EXPENSIVE SCAM! They have nice furniture, but it’s not worth the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They don’t even approach or greet you when you walk in the store! The remind behind the counter as if no customers are in the store! THAT SHOULD’VE BEEN MY SECOND RED FLAG WITH THE REVIEWS BEING THE FIRST!! They also lie about the delivery times and sell faulty furniture!! I purchased a few pieces of furniture from the floor due to them remodeling the store and was sold damaged furniture!! Of course when you buy a floor sample there is possibility for marks, scratches or maybe a stain, but if something is BROKEN within the furniture! IT SHOULD BE sold but DAMAGED OUT or either the customer should be made VERY aware of the damages before purchasing!!! I contacted the store a day after purchasing to see if it was possible to have the merchandise repaired or replaced. I was told there was nothing they could do and was recommended some local furniture repair shops. I even asked if I was able to have it repaired by a tech through the company and I was told that they don’t have any repair techs that can repair the items. KEEP IN MIND AT THIS POINT I AM WILLING TO PAY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED because I actually like the items and want it to be fixed!! BUT STILL NO HELP! Even if I wanted replace the broken pieces.. the delivery is 20 weeks out! Floor sample or not I should’ve received better customer service than what I received! PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! Go shop elsewhere!! It’s not worth it!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY! I asked sales person several times if claw mark or dog stain is covered since I'm buying the upholstery light colored couch, they said it's all covered. Even terms and conditions said it's covered and actually it is NOT because my cat made more than one claw marks. How can I control them to make just one claw mark? Their warranty is a scam. If your one piece has more than one damage, automatically your other pieces won't be covered as well even though the other piece has just one damage. What is the point of the warranty if nothing is covered?Update: I reach out to the store then they gave me corporate office number so they can help, none of them gave me any resolution, both of them repeating same thing WORRY FREE warranty company said. Another waste of my time talking to them.Don't be fooled when they say that they are gonna help you, because they WILL NOT.

Buyers beware!!! Steer clear of this store. I went into the Alpharetta store in October 22 and ordered over 15k in furniture. One desk and 6 dining chairs. The chairs were special order and I was advised of an estimated date of 1/13/23. Ok that was fine. I was told that the desk was in stock and that it would be delivered well before Thanksgiving so I paid the deposit to get the order started. A few days later the store called asking me for more money because they had not told me the correct amount. So ok, I paid it. Knowing that I purchased a desk I got rid of my desk because the sales associate gave me a date for my desk to be delivered. Weeks past and no desk. I called the stores and the sales associate was oblivious to what she had told me and said that the desk was not in the Atlanta office and she had to find out where it was and that the warehouse would be the one to call me to set up the delivery. Well no one every called me back so I escalated to the store manager. After speaking with him he assured me that he would take care of it and speak with the warehouse and have them call me as well ensure that I received a discount for my troubles. At this point I’m working for home at my kitchen table for weeks!!!!! The warehouse calls me back stating they could not find the desk and would call me once they located it. Well apparently they never located because no one from the warehouse called me back and I had to call back to the retail store which was a joke. I was routed to my original sales associate that gave me the same information that the warehouse provided. What a joke. Weeks later the desk was located and delivered right before Christmas. Present day I still have no dining chairs and was told mid February 23 for an order placed in October 22. Hence no discount ever applied to my account based on what the store manager Steven told me. I should have went with Restoration Hardware at least they follow up and give discounts for issues.

Really amazing furniture. The staff are very helpful and polite. They're great at finding options to what is needed or being sought-after regardless of the room. The fabric and material options are the best!

We went to the store yesterday to buy a study table for my daughter . The environment is not welcoming at all . They have very nice pieces though . But the customer service is so bad , we thought of buying a dining table from them , now we drop it off from the kind of experience we got
