Returning and exchanging items is very difficult, especially for online orders—many items are final sale. I’ve found Fabletics to offer much better quality and a far easier return/exchange process.

I went to the store to exchange a shirt I had purchased online for a larger size. Unfortunately, the store didn't carry the same color in the size I needed, so I opted for a different shade in the right size instead. Since the original purchase was online and the replacement was in-store, it had to be processed as a separate transaction.
When the cashier, Abby, scanned the new shirt, it initially rang up at $33. However, she quickly changed the price to $38. I asked her about the price change, and she told me it was an even exchange and not to worry about it. I was in a bit of a rush, so I trusted her and went on my way.
Later, when I checked online, I saw that the shirt was indeed on sale for $33—the same price that initially rang up. It was disappointing to realize I had been charged the original price instead. I found this misleading and unethical, especially since I specifically asked about the discrepancy at the time of purchase. I expected more transparency and honesty from Abby.

We went in to exchange some Lennon pants and the lady named LISA was very very rude. I will never go back to this store again. I wasn’t aware of the return policy and she refused to let me even make an exchange EVEN WITH MY RECEIPT AND PROOF OF PURCHASE and as I was leaving she started laughing at me and making very rude jokes with another customer shopping in the store. Very unprofessional. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Athleta has changed their return policy from 60 days to 30 days. My wife took back some clothing out of the 30 day window because they did not fit so we are just out of luck. They will not even offer a store credit which surprised me. If they at least offered a store credit she would back in to shop.
Now we are no longer customers.

I had an AMAZING experience at this location. Ladavann is kind, smart and empathetic. Because of her, I'm now an Athleta customer for life. Highly recommend.

If you are going to be in customer service, don't act like the people you are selling to, are beneath you. She was not friendly, would not smile, chin pinned to her neck and frowning at everyone who walked in. 12/17/23 @630pmWhat a shame to be representing this store.

A young sales associate with brown hair insulted me literally to my face yesterday morning. She asked if I was sure if I really needed a smaller pair of yoga pants after I had asked her for them, and then after I tried them on asked where they were too tight. I tried explaining to her that no they were still too big. She continued to tell me they had to be tight on me and there was no way I needed a smaller size. She came as far to ask if they were too tight right here, pointing to my stomach. I left the store feeling extremely self conscious and embarassed. I've never had an expeirenc elike this before and actually felt so shocked I didn't know what to say. This is insane and unacceptable, how does this even still happen in real life????!!!

ONLINE BUYERS: They would not take back a return because we were "four days late". Our fault but come on-- gift card, exchange, ½ price refund.... something. Even worse, two employees were NOT nice.-------------------------We left the brand new item with the two unprofessional employees, and left. We are/were regular customers. [Athleta is (I believe) a part of Old Navy, The Gap, Banana Republic, etc.]
