I ordered a new phone online with AT&T as I have done every time I've upgraded for the past 10 years. For some reason AT&T canceled my order - they stated they didn't think it was me, and that I needed to go in to the store to complete my order.I went in to this location, and when I entered no one greeted me, there was someone sitting at a desk by the front door - they were on a cell phone, they didn't look at me - didn't acknowledge me. There were two people at desks near the back both assisting other people, and various people at tables. No place to check in - no kiosk to check in - nothing. I stood there for a few minutes then a sales person across the room said "Hello, we are short staffed today - what did you need?" I explained that AT&T said to go to a local store to complete my order - and he said - well we don't do that here, we just give people phones. As it didn't appear there was anyone who could help me, or wanted to help me, I left. I attempted to reorder the same phone I had placed an order for previously - and this order went through. Of course they didn't have any issue taking the money to pay off the balance on my installments for my old phone - that payment went through, but the order for my new device was canceled. I have been with this company for 20 years, and the prices keep going up and the service just keeps getting worse.

Great service provided at this location with very friendly people. I have mostly had a conversation with Duwan and the manager here and they are very knowledgeable about the products and offers and they do the best to help the customers get the better deals. Strongly recommended ATT Store!

I liked that as soon as I entered the store they helped me, they were very kind to me and even though I didn't speak Spanish, they always made an effort to ensure that the communication was satisfactory.

December 27, 2023 at 2:50pm I walked in asking for a screen protector which I was told was free under the protection plan of $17.xx a month. I waited about 3 minutes before I was greeted by the rudest sales person I have ever encountered. He was nice at first then when I told him I never paid for a screen protector he said that the plan never existed and it’s always been $15.00 per screen protector. I declined their service, said I would go to the first AT&T store that helped me out and he said “THEY’RE GONNA SCREW YOU” . I left the store after that. Super uncomfortable and unprofessional. 0/5 stars. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. My objective was straightforward: I wanted to switch from Verizon to AT&T without changing my phone or plan. Although the staff member assisting me was polite, there were significant errors in the process. He incorrectly noted down my account number, resulting in an incomplete porting of my service. This oversight caused considerable disruption over the following days, with many of my calls failing and texts not being delivered. The root of the problem became apparent when I contacted customer support, who informed me that Verizon had rejected the transfer due to the incorrect account number provided by the AT&T representative. This experience was highly frustrating, and I would not recommend this store due to the apparent lack of essential training among its employees, which is crucial for handling new customer transitions successfully.

Duwan was the most knowledgeable sales rep I have encountered. He went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met. I highly recommend this gentleman for any of your technological needs. Just ask for Duwan.
