I just got a new phone. I came to the Crabapple store, and somehow, I couldn't get into my phone ( I was messing around with my settings) ? of course, I was freaking out! The store was open, but the door was locked, Nick was having his break, was in his car, and saw me. Came up to me, ON HIS OWN TIME, and fixed my phone so I could get in and use it.Outstanding service and a very kind, respectful young man! Very appreciative of the "above and beyond " service Nick provided. Thank you again, Nick! ( I told you I was gonna put you on blast, lol ❤️)

Reka was able to take my husbands I phone 7 and upgrade it to I phone 14 pro max.She was only employee and able to handle at least half a dozen people within our time frame . She’s was so patient and kind.

I been been to his store before and always had no issues.However, today the gentleman upfront was with another customer setting up their phone. The whole 25 minutes I was there waiting I was not even acknowledged, nor told to be patient.I ended up walking out & going to the Verizon (down the street) for my item. At least at Verizon I was greeted.Very unprofessional and not deserving of my business!

Bradley was awesome! We had an issue no other store or call would fix and he was very kind and patient with us. I've had my bitter experiences with AT&T but if you need something done come to this store!

Definitely a place you should visit the guy that works here who is the general manager is such a sweet individual very kind and business oriented it seems like they have better New Management since the last time I've come here a while ago. The general manager is amazing check him out and find good services at this location

I stopped in to get my phone reset with a few question. Willie was great! He was so helpful. He answered all my questions, reset my phone, looked up a place I could get my phone screen fixed and then he gave me his number incase I have other questions! Thanks Willie.

Was told store had 3 iPhone 13 available. Then called to verify before driving a long way. And kept being routed to corporate. Only had 1 phone when arrived. Ordered another but such quick handling, did not get time to think and ordered smaller memory when prefer the larger memory. I need to determine how to change.Other than that, store employee tried hard but was simply too busy without ANY Assistance.

Came to store specifically because of its hours. Store was supposed to be open but locked. No sign, etc. Called store phone number and got main AT&T cust svc guy pretending to be in-store, until I said I am here and door is locked. Phone guy was condescending. Will use another location simply because this one doesn’t have the courtesy to put a sign up indicating when they will actually be open if the posted hours are wrong.

AT&T is trash. I would give no stars. AT&T literally lies to their customers. AT&T literally is criminal in its business practices. I have never experienced worse customer service or business practices from any organization. I canceled all my AT&T accounts after escalating my complaints and getting nowhere. I will never do business with them again. I have reported my experience with AT&T to the BBB & FTC and encourage others to do this as well as leaving reviews on google and other consumer rating sights.

I acquired my old work phone which was on a Verizon business account. I wanted to change it over to my personal AT&T account. Through a series of phone conversations over a couple weeks I finally got the transfer completed by AT&T staff both local and afar. The AT&T staff were very helpful, especially a couple of those at distant outposts manning 888 customer service numbers. If you're going to switch carriers just be forewarned it can be a drawn out and exasperating experience.
