“I had State Farm/Jay Williams for 30+ years before I switched to Nationwide a year ago. I was looking to lower my rates. I didn't want to leave the fantastic service I'd always received at State Farm, but price-wise I needed to make a change. Then today, Nationwide showed their true colors. I would have been in a serious bit of trouble had I gotten on the roadway. As a former police officer, I was shocked at how they handled the call. I called my old State Farm family and Trina saved me. She got me set up with a new policy right away, emailed me temporary cards and sent a link for a defensive driving course to reduce my rate a bit.
