1. They helped me out by getting the part that I need it really fast.2. The part that I purchased (ECM) from them was not the problem to fix my truck, and now they won't take it back. No, I was not informed that electrical parts can't be returned .3. I went over on Saturday around noon and walked around the parking lot looking at the trucks because I'm looking around to trading mine, and not one person came out to help me. After 30 minutes, I walked inside, and nobody greeted me and asked if I needed help.

Shout out to Ronald Cagle and this location but mostly shout out to Ronald! He was professional and just a sweet as can be as we handled business. He was able to accommodate me as we walk in for an oil change and was sure to inform me on time frame/expectations which they exceeded due to his customer service. Thanks Ronald for all your help! Award him Employee of the Month! :)

Also known as Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet- My dealer, LANCE, actually gave me the best service possible if I could score him separately I would. However, the finance dept that didn't have to finance me bc I came with my own loan from BOA and the upper administration is straight garbage- EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is exactly 9 business days (12 full days) since I traded in my previous vehicle and bought one from them. Why hasn't my trade been paid off? Why did the bank tell me that if they don't receive a payment by today the delinquency counts against me and affects my credit score because they don't show a payment pending so it appears as if I still own the car. Am I going crazy or should there be a business account that transfers can be made from? How does a dealership accept money for one car that was purchased but fails to pay for the car that was traded? I called the dealership 3x today no one is available and no one has called back. I finally ended up calling Chevrolet headquarters and filing a claim. All I asked was that a wire confirmation or check number be given so I can provide that info to the bank if payment was made? However, when I spoke to the Keith on Monday no payment had been made and I was Promised the issue would be resolved at that time. So much for promises. Considered yourself warned.

Rude associates. Called to double check on location of where to get my oil change because there was no sign saying oil/quick lube anywhere just service inbound. Well different locations say different thing so I called to double check before I park in the wrong spot. I said I was in the inbound entrance is this where I park for an oil change? The guy said no go down the road and I asked around the building because I did see open bays around the side. He said no down the street. There was nothing down the street but cars. So I park in the sales section and go in. No one greeted me, no one ask me if I needed help. I walk over to a waiting room and ask a guy at the desk and he said yes the inbound lane. Wth? Never will come here again for service. No customer service no direction.

This is the second truck that we have bought from this location. I do not like buying new vehicles as there is a lot of complications that can arise. In this situation our previous truck which was one month from being paid off was hit and totaled and we got the insurance settlement and went back to Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet Northpoint ,who we had purchased our previous truck from. Jacob, Craig, Louis and Denise were amazing. Not only did they listen to what we wanted and needed in order to have a great truck that would be the best for our business but they made special arrangements for our particular situation. We are never the easiest customers to deal with, but I have a great respect and admiration for these people as they dealt with us as if we were their favorite customers. And we have a gorgeous new truck which we have now named black beauty. I highly recommend this company to anyone who's looking to get a vehicle.

Stay away!!!! Ronald Cankle is the biggest scammer advisor there. No wonder they call these places stealerships.I’m missing an envelope with cash($600) that was in the glove compartment and a go pro camera missing from my car.Charged me for an alignment, but the car is pulling to the right with a vibration.I’m going to rick Hendrick in Duluth from now on.

Extremely poor customer service. I had a poor experience previously but decided to give them a second chance. Last time I scheduled an appointment to have new tires installed bc they were un-drivable. I waited 2 hours or so in the lobby for them to tell me they can't get to the work the same day. So i asked for a courtesy car but they don't have any available. I had to uber to and from home the next day and the cost ended up being $1000 plus. No apologies, no discount or considerations for the inconvenience. I was in the middle of a busy travel period and just needed my car back immediately.8 months later, I'm here for a routine oil change and no one greets you. You drive up and have to walk in to get their attention. Three employees were at the desk, no one says hi or how can we help. Finally a guy says one moment (keeps typing) but then passes me off to another person 5 mins later. Just extremely rude and disorganized. I'm actually concerned about the quality of service to my vehicle now and will not be returning.

Rude and not willing to work with potential customers on price (probably because they do not have as much business as the next dealer). I have a friend that’s a corporate employee from AutoNation, and they referred me to visit here to get a good price, and they still were $4,000.00 more than another competitor Chevrolet Dealership for a similar package vehicle without having any kind of corporate connection. DO NOT GO HERE OR VISIT ANY AUTONATION! Visit Angela Krause Ford up the street for great service and low prices.
