The team here is great; fast, friendly, to the point, and communication ever step of the way. I have an imported Toyota Hilux diesel so some parts aren’t readily available. After I was dragged along for a month by a shop up the street, I brought it to Autoworks. The next day, Jeff was able to run diagnostics and identify the problem. ECU was sent out to be refurbished and this solved all the issues. After this, I had them due a full list of general maintenance as well; fluids, filters, etc. will definitely be coming here with all my vehicles.

I agree with negative reviews. They are overpriced and rip customers off. They did unnecessary work on my car. The gal at the counter told me the labor rate is $220 where the shop next door that’s certified charges $100. They also missed cracked radiator. Be very carful and avoid like fire.Very dishonest business.

They spent a lot of time trying to diagnose my car issues, recommended what I did and did not need, I believe I got very good value for the work that they performed and the time they spent diagnosing I plan to use them again as needed and I would recommend them to anybody

Jeff and his crew are top notch. I took my classic Jeep to 3 other shops who weren’t able to get it dialed in. I finally brought it to TrailWorks1, and now it runs and drives better than ever. Very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy shop. They are now my new go-to for anything automotive.

Do not use this business unless you want them to attempt to steal your vehicle. In April of 2023, I visited AutoWorks1 at the recommendation of a friend. My Jeep needed a clutch replacement and had been sitting in a garage since 2017 pending the work. I got a verbal quote for $1600 for the installation, as I already had the parts from RockAuto. I dropped off the vehicle and expected the work to be completed within a week. Unfortunately, the shop did not provide me with a written quote, and I did not think to ask for one.A week after dropping off the vehicle, I called the shop and was told they were waiting for a clutch inspection plate to come in. We discussed replacing the U-joints, and I gave verbal approval for another $200 for replacing those parts. A week later, I called back and the shop was still waiting for a clutch inspection plate, which hadn't yet arrived. Another week passed and I called the shop and was told the mechanic was having a hard time installing the clutch, but that nothing else was needed from me at this time. Two weeks later, the shop called me and said they had the clutch installed, but were not getting any oil pressure. I told him the Jeep had been sitting for several years and likely had turned to sludge in the bottom of the oil pan, and authorized another $400 for the mechanic to drop the oil pan and clean the oil pickup. Total approved charges so far were $2200. This was the last I heard from the shop until they called me several weeks later to inform me the Jeep was ready for pickup, and the cost for repairs were $5200. When I asked the mechanic why the cost was more than double what I had authorized, he stated, "I didn't feel the need to call you for every little thing." The mechanic had ordered a new clutch, claiming the one I provided did not fit (confirmed the correct part was ordered from RockAuto), yet did not mention this the 4 times we had spoken over the past two months. The mechanic also ordered a new oil pump and master/slave cylinder for the clutch, despite having a new reusable part already installed. I asked the mechanic to place the clutch I had provided, as well as the master/slave assembly for the clutch in the trunk of the Jeep. When I picked up the jeep, only 1 of 4 pieces of the clutch I had provided were in the trunk, but none of the master/slave assembly was.I placed a dispute for the $3000 of unauthorized charges with my credit card, and provided the above info. The credit card company agreed the charges were unauthorized and reversed $3000 of the charge. The shop owner has since filed a false report with the Sheriff's Department for theft, and is planning to file a lien on my vehicle. I have filed a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General for price gouging and will follow up with a lawsuit if a lien is filed. Absolute criminals running this shop, you can expect nothing less from Kerry Singley and AutoWorks1. The owner has since reported this review to have it hidden. I have no doubt they're doing the same with every 1 star review.

I have used Autoworks 1 and Trailworks 1 for many years. Most recently they installed a wheels, tires and a huge lift kit for my Jeep Rubicon! Great job done by all. Highly recommend!

If you have it, we can fix it. If you think enough of us to ask us to work on it, we will.

It is so nice to have a shop like this close to where I live. I can tell you that they were very nice and professional and they went out of their way to fix my car (on no notice or appointment) so I could take it to a car show tomorrow! Now that is outstanding customer service. Cary, the technician is amazing. I took my classic here because of the Google reviews and I am so glad I did. Great car people and a very honest shop! They really care and completely understand older classic cars. I will definitely be back! Thanks to ALL!!!10.23.22 - UPDATE: Thanks again Autoworks1! We won a TOP 15 award at the car show! Could not have done that without you!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Have had 2 older vehicles worked on with them. First was a mustang that was not running right. They took their time troubleshooting the issue rather than throwing parts at it like many other shops. Fixed it right the first time. Went back recently with an older Jeep. Jeff was excellent and willing to share his knowledge and walk through the vehicle. Super nice folks, Great work and reasonable pricing.
