Terrible service. The girl at the front desk did not wanted to help even though I was the only customer. No simple at all. Sounds like she did not wanted to be there at all.

Eh, customer service wasn’t the best. Wasn’t greeted, and when approached the counter with item in hand, was gestured over to self-scanner. Store was clean and def found exactly what I was looking for, but walked out of there feeling icky.

The assistant manager here is very rude and condescending. Tried to tell me the only wiper blades that would fit my car were $40 per blade only and the lower priced blades wouldn’t fit when I know better. I bought blades from here before and they were $20 per blade and she was very smart at the mouth saying last year we didn’t have inflation. You’re telling me the blades are at a double price markup?! I’m not stupid ma’am and you’re very rude and lost a person who regularly shopped here. I won’t shop here anymore I’ll take my business to Advanced Auto Parts going forward.
Update, I drove across the street to Advance and got blades for $20.99 per blade. I guess Autozone was the only company that took a direct hit from inflation. 😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️

I’m in a bit if disbelief, I went to AutoZone as I have many times over my 30+ years of driving. I bought Power Steering Fluid & asked for the “complimentary” funnel I’ve been given over the years. I was given a used funnel (with some unknown liquid still juicy inside). I asked is this used & was told “yes it’s our funnel”. I was shocked to say the least… maybe they don’t give complimentary fillers at this store but they did at the Cumming GA store in July 2024… Shout Out to other stores who still provide service!

Bad experiences 2 times in a row. About a month ago, after waiting to purchase, then asking for help, rudely told to self checkout. Just tried to get help this morning. They were supposed to open at 8:30. I arrived at 8:40 am. The same lady made a cutting neck gesture. I waited and she briefly opened the door to say they are not opening until 9:15. No explanation. No reason, no explanation just quickly locked the door back.

My husband had a bad experience there, the woman in the front was rude from the beginning. We took our car to get battery changed and paid for it then she started the worked and said she could not do it. when she was giving him a speech how not everyone can do this type of work. He was not even mad she could not do it but the attitude she gave and made us pay for it before checking she was able do it and charging it. She did not even put back the original battery back on correctly.

Waited for awhile finally an employee came in the front door and said the self checkout was right there and pointed to it. I guess you have to go get your own parts off the shelf now after looking them up. No thanks I'll go to a different parts store

Shawn, the Manager, is awesome. She takes customer Service to the next level. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had the correct part for my vehicle. Even though I had been told the part was in her store by another employee she double checked and found the correct part was not in her store. She understood it was urgently needed and check all AutoZone locations within 50 miles and if even if it wasn’t shown in inventory she would call and have them physically check their inventory. Quickly she located the right part, only one left in inventory at another store. She was friendly, professionally, and knew her business. Then she took care of placing the order through the other store to ensure it would be ready for me to pickup. Then she called the store to confirm the order and that they physically pulled the part and had it at the counter waiting for me. This was a warranty replacement and upon return of the old unit she personally handle the return and refund. It was smooth and easy. In all my years of working on cars and shopping at the major auto parts retailers this was the best customer service experience. Shawn sets the standard for what customer service should be.

I’ll drive 20 minutes to another auto zone before ever coming back here. The manager seemed displeased I returned a couple items because I decided to send my car to the dealership and even with the perceived attitude I told him have a nice day and was met with silence. As I’m crossing the parking lot to my car I almost got hit by an employee doing at least 25! Lia is nice…maybe she should run the store.

Alex & Burton were amazing & very helpful!! Needed a headlight bulb replace & they helped replace it with no hesitation. I will be back to this location when I need anything car related. Thank you for great customer service!
