Super cute place and very walkable. They have music playing through multiple speakers in the area, and have a ton of shops and food on the street. The shopping is a bit more upscale and brand-heavy than a more indie scene, but there were some eclectic food spots.

Great for walking, super pretty. However, it is COCKROACH infested- walk just 400 feet and you'll see both dead and alive roaches. Look carefully around, and you'll see some crawling along the walls. The Avalon makes tons of money, they really need to invest in quality pest control. I believe tenants live here as well. I come here to walk every other day and see at least 3 dead, 3 alive roaches, today we saw a baby roach. Unacceptable! Beautiful area, though. Please invest in pest control.

It is a beautiful area that brings together several fashion and clothing stores, with many little places to eat or have a drink. The prices are somewhat high, but there are cheaper options in more basic food styles such as pizza, or street food. You can walk around and at any time it is a beautiful and picturesque place.

Good open mall for shopping. You can buy branded goods and have a delicious food. Watch movie in Regal. Can spend whole day here. Nice clean and organized place.

Some of their security are morons... I was in the charging station to charge my car and as soon as I finish and get back into my car she walks up on me and asked me if I'm just going to sit there all day and if I'm leaving if I'm not charging... I told her I literally finished charging 30 seconds ago and I need time to get in my car put my seat belt on so I can leave..... It's funny they choose who they want to harass..... Yet I see these bougie entitled people come into the charging station every day in Avalon and will literally just park their Tesla and walk away and not be harassed.... And they won't even be charging their car they will just use it as a parking spot...

Nice comfy place, free parking is behind, whole foods to shopping mall, all accessible by walk , breakfast is not free but plenty of closeby options , I'm not too sure if I wanna stare at a book stack wall paper inside toilet ?
