Rude. I had fraud on my account was told to go visit the branch and report what had happen. Was given a business card and told to call the number on it. And employee just walked away.

Horrible workforce planning. Lines are incredibly long and there are workers standing around and talking, literally doing nothing while customers have long wait times. This feels like a training bank where only 1 person knows how to service those that need to approach the counter. I understand they may have different titles but a one bank / one team approach is not what they do. The drive thru is never open because they don't have trained employees, but they have them standing around while only a few work the counter.

This location has awful service! I have been a customer for 30 years and have worked as a Bank of America teller and would never have been allowed when i was working there to handle customers this way. I ordered Euros a week ago and they still aren't in, I have called when they first open, mid morning and late afternoon and they have never answered the phone. There is only 1 teller and the poor drive-thru customer waited 18 mins to be greeted! Pick another location or bank!

Great ATM has secure and user friendly options. Can deposit as well as withdraw the money, hence don't need to stand in a queue. Screen is aptly lit and has clear view, which makes it easy while doing the transactions. Proper receipt is printed once you are through with your transactions. One more point it is clean and people out here do maintain hygiene. Seen them using antiseptic lotion quite frequently, which is good for them as well as for us also.
