Have been with Travelers for many years and these are to be my insurance agents. I never hear from them. When I do call them, they refer me to Travelers. Last time I called about the hugh increase in my rate, I was told that with all the customers they have , they can't call them. I have never received a call to discuss my policy in probably the 15 or so years I have been with them. If you want any service at all, definitely find someone else!!
