Unfortunately, this is my third time here with my Tesla but as always the service is top notch. Ryan helped me navigate some insurance issues and got me back in my car as quickly as possible. Hopefully I won’t have to be back, but if your Tesla needs work , this is the place.

My Tesla Model 3 was rear ended as I sat at a red light. Ladies, please stop texting while driving. The repair took two months because of availability of parts, but that was no fault of Caliber. They called every few weeks to let me know the schedule and update me. Got my car back last week and it's like new. You wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Solid work and customer service.

I was Concerned about repairing my Tesla, but caliber was excellent. Ryan was a big help during the process. It was well managed from drop off to pickup. If i ever Need body work i will Use this facility

Ryan was a blessing amid a tough time when my vehicle was severely damaged by another driver. Ultimately, my car was deemed totaled by the insurance, and he helped me to know what resources to look at to get a fair evaluation of my car. He also offered great words of encouragement about my next vehicle, and that ended up coming to fruition. I highly recommend this collision repair shop because of their great service and the aesthetic appeal of the location as soon as you set foot on their property.
Additionally, Rachel assisted me, but due to the condition of my car wasn't able to finish the completion of the repair job.

Customer service quality was off-the-charts good! The heck with 5 stars, y'all need 10. Everything from start to finish was made very easy for me, despite the fact that Teslas are generally a big headache for repair shops. You insulated me completely from that pain. Ryan at Alpharetta was especially helpful, giving me timely updates and expertly arranging the logistics of getting the car back to me.
The repair quality was also outstanding, so the paint and body work shops get two big thumbs up.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better repair experience. Thank you so much!

Nothing but the best service working with Ryan. Always on top of things and goes above and beyond to provide immaculate service. My Tesla Model Y was fixed in a reasonable amount of time and the best thing is that all work is covered under warranty.

Ryan was absolutely amazing. After my wreck he was efficient, friendly, and helpful. He gave excellent advice from being in the business for years and evaluated the car with speed and precision. If you ever get in a wreck, which I hope you don't, take your car here!!!!

This collision shop is awful! I’m not sure who they have working in the back, but I came in for something so small and simple and left with more irresponsible damage! Awful careless work was done! They said they would fix the damages but I would have to leave my car for a couple of days and I am terrified of giving anyone in there my keys! Awful.

This body shop is incredibly irresponsible! An elderly woman backed into my Model Y, damaging the front bumper. I scheduled a repair with Caliber, and they replaced the entire bumper. Everything seemed fine until I returned home after picking up the car. My husband noticed that the work wasn’t done correctly. Several areas of the bumper’s edges weren’t sealed smoothly, creating bumpy spots.
I called them back and spoke with Travis, the person handling my repair. He told me to bring the car back, and they’d take care of it. I returned to the shop, and he inspected the vehicle. He said they’d need to redo the work with a new bumper. He also mentioned that they were backed up with all the appointments, so he’d call me back when the technician was ready.
Of course, this is where things took a turn for the worse. Travis never called me back. I called over 10 times in the span of 8 months, asking when they could work on my car. Travis would always use the excuse that the technician was busy, sick, or had family problems.
At this point, I realized that Travis would give me any excuse or dodge me to avoid repairing my bumper. I asked for the manager, but they always said he wasn’t available.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s a definite “NO”!
