This store was locked for 2 hours at least with a sign saying that an employee will be back. Where’s the management of this place? You can’t just close a store during working hours. This is crazy!!!

Went to pick up online order. First they couldn't look up the order and the line was very long with one person on the counter during a holiday weekend. That in itself should have a warning sign. Then the manager comes in and asks for the same info all over again...fine but is very rude and condescending.I usually do ship to home and will do everything possible to avoid interacting with this store.

I was able to pick up my online order quickly and do some winter shopping too. Messah was very helpful with the size searching of my requests, I appreciated their patience with my back and forth on different snowsuits. Ended up with the perfect size for my growing baby. Everyone was super kind to the baby as well

Terrible service. I walked in right after 2 women who were not the same race as I and they received service that I did not get. They were spoken to and I was not. When I actually did need help and Went to the associate to get it, the other women asked her a question and she completely forgot she was helping me. I immediately dropped what I had and left. I will never return to this store.

The store manager, Mecca, was extremely helpful with my clumsy dad quest to find my 4yo a new summer wardrobe. The store experience and clothing quality are both top notch. The prices were also fantastic. Less than $15 per outfit with the promos and rewards. Skip the resellers and go straight to the source!

Carter’s is our one stop shop to buy clothes, shoes and accessories for our kid, since her birth. We love that the clothes are made of cotton and are breathable and very comfortable yet stylish and looks great. Recently we bought shoes for our daughter who would be starting pre-kindergarten this year. We got the shoes on 40% discount as there was an offer. I would highly recommend this to visit especially during offers and discounts.

I’m sure. It’s a cool store but the pickup procedure is terrible. The link I was sent didn’t work. They needed 2 forms of identification plus my wife to call.

Love this location! Had to do some exchanges because my child grew during quarantine! The sales associate were quick to help and I was able to find the correct sizes in store. Will be back!
