Went to Cellaris location on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta GA to get battery replaced in an Ipad that losing its charge quickly. Called and got quote and asked what process was - they indicated the battery was not in stock and had to be ordered. Went in location to pay for battery as they indicated it would be a few days. This is my 94 yer old Aunts form of entertainment so I kept the Ipad as it was functional and planned to drop off at a later time. When dropping off the Ipad, they asked if I knew the passcode and I offered to call and get - they responded "that's OK" indicating it was not needed. They asked then if I was aware the screen would have to be removed to replace the battery and if cracked during this process I would be responsible. It would have been nice to have this information before I paid for the service earlier, but I rolled the dice. Received call a couple days later that the Ipad was ready and went in to pick the unit up- no cracked screen! Dropped Ipad off with Aunt only to find out screen was not working as the screen had dead spots. OK - it happens...Right, just take back and they can look at? Took unit back and they said any repairs were on me. I indicated the risk explained to me was around screen cracking during screen removal. I asked for the manager and he preceded to lecture me with an attitude on how this could have been an existing issue with the unit. Really? This is where this is going? I then inquired to ask what the protocol was when a device is brought in and how they test the unit. Manager opened up his magic white binder to let me know unit was DOA when brought in. I asked why would you have not plugged it in as it was only a battery issue? Manager responded that it was DOA did not have the code therefore testing was not done.3 visits to location and receive 3 different stories as far as what the risks were around the battery installation and the screen. Basically any issue past the initial fix is on the customer and everything becomes my word against their word situation. I have socks older than the people - Zero customer service and focus on the customer.

I went to cellairisto by a carrier for my Sim and sd cards in my Samsung a20 she said $4.oo and she would have it by the next Tuesday. I payed her and left . About an hour after I got home she called and said I would have to pay her at least another $6.00 if I wanted the carrier . When I took my phone to get the carrier the following week I asked what would be the easiest way to get the old carrier out of my phone . The next thing I new she had my phone on a heating block taking it apart . Well when she pulled it apart she broke a cable that made the screen work so it was black when she started to give it back to me. Long story short .I picked my phone up the following week and the volume button is messed up ,it has no outside sound at all I can't here it wring unless it is Bluetooth to my speakers stem, the back is half gooed on and I still don't have a sd card working .they charged me about $50.00 to destroy my new Samsung A20.and refused to fix what she messed up.my opinion the are a bunch of hack kids that think they are smarter than everyone . Must have been eating tide pods .

I am very frustrated with the customer service I have received at "Cellairis" and I am thinking about switching companies. I have terrible service with calls going in and out. I first reported this issue 3-4 weeks ago and I was told they fixed the issue. As soon as I got off the phone I was experiencing the same issue. After talking with them and speaking numerous SC Reps they finally agreed to try to help me. They were very hesitant and did not want to do this. I was hoping this would solve my issues but after all the issues, I was still experiencing the same problem. I made several phone calls to "Cellairis". Did all the resets and hard and factory resets they asked me to and still not corrected. One customer service member told me that if the phone was not having issues when they were on the line they would not be able to troubleshoot for me. I was called back again today (the 7-8th time) this month and called on my cell phone. The lady I spoke with quickly asked if she could call me on another device because the call was going in and out so much. She assured me that she understood the problem I was having and would get things set up to start the warranty process. I had to let her go because due to a meeting she assured me that she had everything in her notes and it would not be an issue at all to call back in an hour and complete the process of getting my phone sent in under the warranty. I called back and my phone was still cutting in and out and the next the lady that I had I spoke with also asked if she could call me on another device. She started going through the same steps I had tried numerous times. I give up, and feel that I am getting nowhere, getting frustrated, and feel that if I stay with this company/service I will have this ongoing issue... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have never heard of a company like Cellairis treat loyal, paying customers so poorly before! Horrible, horrible customer service. When asked for the corporates email/phone number, and then being lied to multiple times is absurd! I have no idea how this place is still in business with so many complaints. When you have a customer who pays money for something and/or a service, the customer should get exactly what they paid for. Not get the ring around, and end up with a defective product, and loss of money with no answers. Im not sure who actually reads these reviews, but be very cautious when dealing with this company. They do not stand by their products, services, and loyalty. A company is suppose to be all about customer service, and making sure the customer leaves happy and satisfied. Not being ripped off, upset, and told to never call the office again. It frustrates me that nothing is being done to fix/resolve the issue. Someone high high higher up needs to look into investigating this place. Ever heard of undercover boss? Might be a good start.

Do yourself a favor and find a reputable cellphone company. Cellars is not the one you want to waste your hard-earned money on... They will break your phone then lie about it! Customer service is a joke! And calling corporate offices is even worse. Mindy Gann, you should be ashamed of yourself!

Had a friend that had his phone fixed by this place. They broke a part and he showed it to them and they said they would.order the part. When he didn't hear from them in abouta week he contacted them again and they said they never said any of that. So he contacted corporate. All he got was the run around. After awhile they wouldn't return his calls or even answer them. This is not a company that you want.to deal with. Wouldn't of given a star but you have to to leave a review. My advise, look for another company to fix your phone. Terrible customer service!

This place has the worst customer service EVER!! I would not recommend this place or any of its locations to anyone looking for any type of phone repairs. Don’t bother calling Corporate Office either .. they are just as rude and nasty as the store associates and managers on location! Total waste of time and money! If there was an option to give them NO STARS .. I would have given them none.

What a joke! They tout themselves as being the best in customer service, when in reality there is no customer service. They don't stand behind their work and if you try to make them they shut you down and refuse to help. They are not what they say they are and I personally will never do business with them again nor will I ever reccommend anyone to them. No thank you!

This company is the worst. They broke my friend's phone and wouldn't fix it. They gave the run around for days and kept saying they would fix it, then became rude and refused to fix it. I would never do business with this company after seeing how they treat their customers and would advise others to bewarfe.

Do not use this service, I first was charged over $200 for a screen replacement on my XS unknowingly, I complained to corporate, and they offered to fix it for free. The n I took it to the other shop and the lady working told me she was unqualified to do the fix but "would give it a shot" She messed up my Rear wide camera sensor and now my camera does not work or my flashlight, they refuse to do anything about it, I called and asked to speak to the owner of the location in Caterville, and she hung up on me DO NOT USE CELLARIS, Horrible customer service, I am taking them to Civil Court for the cost of my Broken XS and the repairs. Unless you want to end up in Court too I suggest not using them because they will push you to where you will have to sue them! PLUS THE ORIGINAL LOCATION IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED, they pulled a fast one on me

Customer service representative was very helpful. Seems like there was a breakdown in communication with the owner of the Sugarloaf Mills location which caused a delay in response time. I'm not totally satisfied with the outcome but the representative did want she could and followed up with me while we were waiting on the Sugarloaf Mills location.
