Walked to Chase Crabapple & Rucker Rd @ 10:18am to pay our mortgage after finishing up our 6+ mile walk. We could hear laughter with a customer leaving. We entered and silence filled the room. 3 workers not one spoke. Silence. I guess being black with a straw hat workout gear was too frightening? But our green money from his Black hands, ok.not

I always receive great service here! Everyone is super friendly, including the tellers. I've never gotten such friendly customer service at any other branch.

I always receive great service at this branch. Great courteous people. They also went way beyond to assist and advise where I could have been in trouble with a phony check from an out of town car buyer. I highly recommend.

Friendly with out sacrificing professionalism, the group at the at the Crabapple, GA location especially are conscious of the value of client's time. They go the extra mile when needed and I have so appreciated over the years. Have recommended Chase to friends and relatives. I use Chase locations on both coasts and a few in between as I travel. The caliber of Chase employees coupled with the availability and frustration free online banking when you need it at any hour of the day, makes all the difference.

I have been working with Chase for quite some time now, but today I decided to close my account with them and receive my current bank statement. I had been helped by a consultant with closing my account, but when I asked to have my bank statement printed, their attitude changed and they told me to go to the end of the line or wait for an immense amount of time for me to be helped again. Ridiculous. Why do I have to wait again to have something printed out, when simply they could have printed it out right then and there. Was it because I no longer want to work with them? This was not the first time their customer service was poor. I am not certain about other locations, but every time I go to this location I was not taken care of.

Just want to thank this branch, they were able to help us 5 minutes before they closed on Friday, if it wasn't for the two ladies working we would not have bought our dream car that day. Really appreciate yall!

Mr. Aznabay is one of the most wonderful bankers my husband and I have ever had the chance to work with. He knows us by name, remembers little details about us, makes sure all customers are greeted in a friendly and timely manner, and takes care of any banking/questions you have efficiently and carefully. This bank is wonderful. (mainly because of him). ;-)

Horrible horrible customer service!! Went in on sat to open accounts for my kids and we didn't have their ssn so went home got them and went back. 30 min later the banker said oh we need birth certificate too. Why she didn't know that before? Ok fine. Today we go back there, 15 minutes later, sorry we don't have time for you today please make an appointment. So frustration and such a waste of my time.
