Costco Vision Center provides affordable glasses at half the price of competitors. The opticians are described as phenomenal, patient, and helpful, working through insurance issues and correcting prescriptions. Staff remains friendly and helpful even during busy shifts. However, a separate incident involving another department resulted in a customer receiving a damaged item and feeling the issue was not adequately addressed.
Giving 5 stars because of 2 reasons - 1. Gracie, the optician who helped us. She’s just awesome. She’s patient, always with a smiling face & a wonderful person to deal with. 2. Variety of frames. Branded frames are quite cheaper than other optical stores.

Had a great experience with Andrew, the store manager! He helped guide me to frames which are the right size for me. I’ve had trouble with progressive lenses in the past and the “right sized” frames eliminated the distortion in previous glasses. Happy customer.
