While customer service may have died with Covid, here is one small business that didn't get that memo. I'll gladly avoid the annoyance and frustration of dealing with insurance companies and purchase my own CPAP supplies from CPAPS, ETC.

CPAP therapy can be very hard to adjust to at first. Seems like it all depends on the right mask to fit your face (narrow or fat faces). C Paps Etc did a great job getting me fitted and set up. Very professional business here, I'll be a repeat customer. Oh, and word of advice.... After trying lots of masks.... The f30i didn't leak and sleeps very comfortably. My word of advice would be to get the heated tube too. Helps reduce the temperature a bit better so you're not breathing frozen air all night.

Mr. McWhorter gives great customer service! I’m a surgeon and I spent a week watching YouTube videos trying to educate myself about CPAP. I learned everything I needed to know in 15 minutes from him.It seems that physicians know very little about everything necessary to fit masks to patients. Cpaps Ect is an wonderful resource for folks willing to go off insurance to get their machine. I was in a 6-8 week queue waiting for Medicare approval with no ability to choose the best machine for me!What is more important than your health?? I think it was a BARGAIN to have a knowledgeable partner in something I’ll need every day.

I purchased my machine and mask from them and the mask did not work. I returned to address the problem with them and they said it is working fine. I went home and used it. For the longest time it never worked for me. My wife complained the air was constantly escaping. I was tired constantly. I knew there was a problem and I finally took action. I did not go back to this place. I could not. I went to CPAP Express and they gave me the mask I needed. I finally had good sleep. I do not recommend CPAP, ETC. They are nice but they don't know their business.

I was having trouble getting the machine that I needed. I was on a waiting list for 7 weeks.. then i heard about this business on Atlanta sports radio... Not only did they get what i needed, they had it IN STOCK. I was fitted for a mask, i got to test things out and they took great care of me!! I could not be happier. Personal service and genuine care for my needs. I recommend these folks to ANYONE needing CPAP.....

Wonderful customer service My old cpap failed on me And I needed a new one Immediately And When I called them they were super friendly and even stayed 30 minutes late for me to get there because of traffic because they understood that I needed to cpap today!!!

First time visit in Nov 2022. Excellent service. Deeply knowledgeable shop owner helped me select a new mask and a travel machine. Everything I needed was in stock.

Placed a 1 piece small order. Received item in 3 days, even though I didn't pay extra for delivery. Part was exactly as ordered, in OEM packaging. Packing slip was even hand signed "thank you!"! So pleasant to receive good customer service these days.

I have bought supplies and recently bought a travel cpap. We moved out of state, but I called Roddy and got a quick response and excellent service. It’s worth working with them long-distance!
