Never having been to this chain before, i had absolutely no idea what to expect. To say that we were flabbergasted doesnt sum it up.The food was amazing, the service fast,efficient and friendly. Be warned that you may have to loosen you belt by a couple of holes after eating here.

On a Sunday afternoon, we were seated at 1:35 PM (waited about 10 minutes before that) and didn’t leave until 3:15 PM because the food took extremely long like well over an hour after ordering. That is the reason for the two star rating. The food was OK but nothing great.

Worst service and worst manager. Of all things they are cleaning the fireplace and chimney while customers are eating. Triggered the fire alarm. They did cut off the alarm after awhile but left the bright warning light flashing in our eyes.

Your chairs hurt my legs a lot. I so miss your strawberry cheesecake. I would like to see pork roast on the menu. Your food is like home cooking…so good.

We picked up family dinners last night for a get together and the food was great! To start we pulled up into our parking spot and within a few minutes the nicest guy wheeled out our food. We arrived home and ate and it was all delicious. Will definitely keep ordering

Came in at 6:45 pm and waited about 10 minutes before we were even seated(no one in front of us). There was a drunken looking young woman with black and blonde hair at the register staring at me without greeting or helping us. Finally get seated and waited for over an hour with no food (other tables that came after us were getting their food?). Took kids to the car at 8:10 pm after no food and my husband went to the front to offer to pay for our 2 drinks and they made him wait ANOTHER almost 15 minutes for a manager to approve us leaving without paying for food WE NEVER GOT!!! To top it all off...manager didn't even so much as apologize. We will not be back!

I met the loveliest ladies and manager at this location. I was in town for business and everyone was so friendly accommodating and helpful! I feel awful but I’m not able to remember the names of the ladies who were working the retail side when I met them, but give them a raise! I promised I would come back before I left and unfortunately I didn’t have the time, but if I ever find myself back in the area, that will be one of my first stops. Thank you to this staff for being the best! You can tell the people there love what they do and their coworkers and it’s a great energy. You guys are awesome!

Avoid this location! On my last two visits, it took over an hour for food to arrive at the table after ordering. In both cases, I was told that the cooks just quit and walked off the job in the middle of their shift leaving a restaurant full of angry guests who mostly just walked out.This location has had personnel problems for years so I have to believe that there is poor management in place. Other locations have even told me that this location always has problems. When I mentioned to some of the staff last night that it must be an amazing coincidence that on two connective visits, the entire kitchen staff quit and walked out. Every one of them responded with, "Oh, no, this happens all the time!"I have been a very frequent guest for years but I will not be going back.
