Had a scheduled vaccine appointment at CVS, but no one checked me in when I arrived—I waited nearly 15 minutes before I had to ask around for help, and only then did someone assist me. Poor organization and communication.

Crazy people working here. Was forced to open CVS Care+ account with recurring 5.00 monthly charge for stuff I will never use. Avoid this scam. Almost impossible to cancel . Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Came in tonight just to pick up some snacks as I get to the register the gentleman skips asking for my number, I then proceed to say do you guys not give customers options to dial their number? He then says well I thought you were uber. I beg your pardon? what the hell would give you that indication? Definitely seems like profiling took place because the other patrons in front of me all had the option to put their cvs number in but when it gets to me I get skipped and it’s assumed I’m a uber driver. Can’t make this clown behavior up. First and last time coming to this location. If you don’t want to be profiled I suggest avoid the night shift with the gentleman. January 19,2025

I like the pharmacy! I have been taking a specific brand/manufacturer of my birth control for years and don’t like to switch. I told the pharmacist this the first time I filled the prescription here. After that, they ordered & filled the manufacturer I like every time my prescription auto-refilled for 2 years without me having to ask! I don’t fill here anymore because I moved, but I appreciated them doing that for me.

worst cvs ever. pharmacists are rude and lazy. watched them watch the phone ring for 20 min straight and no one answered. if you call in you get sent in circles through their automatic recording. pharmacists will literally laugh at you. i have never hated a group of pharmacists so much. i hate, loathe, detest, abhor them.

Neldy in the pharmacy is amazing!! She was very polite, professional, and kind. I called asking about availability of an Rx and she took thr time to research it for me. Excellent customer service!!

I hoped to be able to get in and out with no issues. The empty store was messy and hard to find anything with no employees to be found. Then when the machine was unable to print my reciept I needed for my expenses, I ask for help and was met by the most uninerested in helping employee. When he brought back a printed receipt that does not list the items just numbers, I asked him 3 times if he could help me decipher which item was which or what order the prices were in so I could read this receipt too and he was too dumfounded to even answer me. I figured it out eventually and jotted the items down as he slowly left to clean up his own spill from earlier. Was very strange and just not a good experience. The issue is not even what went wrong. It is more that it was more of an inconvience to even shop there in the first place and not worth my time or money.
