Sadly, I can not report the same great experience reported by others. After being sent over by the emergency clinic for a prescription, they were not open. Apparently, no one showed up. The Target staff says they have called the CVS contract numbers but cannot reach any one.
Half of success is just showing up.

don’t trust them on important/critical prescriptions. I went at 5 pm for pickup and they said they never received the prescription and asked me contact hospital. Hospital was closed by then and the baby was coughing all night and this morning without medicine. On checking with the hospital this morning they confirmed that the pharmacy received and acknowledged the prescription at 3:30 pm yesterday. I picked the medication this morning and they are saying they received the prescription late last evening…

The pharmacist Erin is nothing short of a rockstar. She goes above and beyond each and every time for every one of my family members’ prescriptions. With all the changes with insurance and what’s covered or not - she makes sure we get what we need. She makes countless phone calls and doesn’t stop until she speaks to a human and gets us the answers we need. She’s been a valuable Pharmacist for several years and I don’t go anywhere else as long as she’s there.

The CVS Pharmacy in the Target Store on Northpoint Parkway in the vicinity of Northpoint Mall is excellent for quick yet caring service. The pharmacists there always have time to give good advice. They also give excellent immunizations. The store is busy, yet never backed-up, so wait time is always minimal.

The staff at this CVS is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions about the medicines they dispense, prescription and OTC. I've gotten some vaccines there too and it's always been an efficient and pleasant experience.

How does a pharmacy get 5 stars? Answer the phone, be super helpful treating customers like they are the only one in the store (we call this "undivided attention". Last, go above and beyond to save customers money = 5 STARS and a great customer experience.

A great CVS! Always reliable and always has great associates happy to help you. I’ve picked up prescription here many times and never had issues. They offer to answer questions about prescriptions and make the pick up process simple and quick!

The customer service got a CVS NorthPoint pharmacy is beyond and above my expectations. The are so lovely and patient and try options to lower the price of your medication.
