This pharmacy has completely fallen apart since the team and pharmacist changed. It is extremely disorganized, and dealing with them has become a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal. They repeatedly claim they haven’t received prescriptions from doctors, even after multiple submissions. I personally experienced a situation where they insisted for nearly a year that they had sent a request to my doctor but hadn’t received a response. Meanwhile, I had spoken with my doctor multiple times, and they confirmed they had never received anything from the pharmacy. I relayed this to the pharmacy on several occasions, yet they showed no urgency or concern. Only when I told them I would escalate the issue to corporate and file a formal complaint did they finally fill my prescription—almost immediately.
Beyond the disorganization, their customer service is terrible. They no longer take direct calls; instead, you have to leave a message, and they return your call at the most inconvenient time. If you miss it, you’re stuck in an endless cycle of voicemail tag.
I have been a loyal customer since 2002, but the last two years have been nothing short of a nightmare. It’s clear they do not prioritize patient care, and I no longer trust them to handle my prescriptions reliably. Absolutely unacceptable service. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions.

This is not about the specific location. But CVS really need to hire some people to upgrade their inventory function in their app. I was trying to get one product which is shown as in stock for 3 store around me. I went to all 3 and none of them have it. I’m not going to any CVS store anymore. It’s pure waste of time.

The male pharmacist Zheer is miserable and incompetent. I was asked to come back in 1 hour to switch my insurance from one plan to the other plan on file. Then when I came back an hour later- only 1 script was rerun out of 2 and the pharmacist told me to come back in another 30 minutes to re-run the second script. He was so unpleasant. If you dislike working with patients, why choose retail pharmacy? 0-Customer Service or people skills.

This CVS is the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. If they don’t have your medication in stock, they just don’t care and it is your problem to find the medication at another store and have the prescription transferred. The pharmacist is friendly and helpful, but the personnel is rude and do not give a damn about any patient. please do yourself a favor and get another Pharmacy with another group

The worst, unorganized pharmacy. After waiting 10 minutes for them to find my prescription, they needed to make a change. The pharmacist told me I had to come back to pick up my prescription because they were taking a lunch break.
