The slowest check out line ever. Took like 15 mins just to get to the front with only 2 people in front of me. When I got to the front my coupon wasn't working to which they said they couldn't do anything about which is stupid cause I got the coupon from them. After waiting for 15 just to check out it was overall very frustrating.

Encountered a case involving online shopping, in-store purchase, coupon usage, and after purchase exchange. Very complex situation, but luckily I had Shabana helped me and settled beyond my expectation.
Looking for a specific product? She nails it on the shelf instantly; applying coupon in CVS mobile app to in-store purchase, she can show you how step by step; exchanging a merchandise after purchase, she kindly guides you to get a solution you satisfied. She knows everything around and is always kind to help.
If I walk in any retail store and there is one like Shabana to help, I’d feel my life quality increased 10%. Appreciate your proficiency, Shabana.

Most horrible place. They will make you sitting for 45 minutes even you are dying with pain. There are 6 people in pharmacy but all are passing time doing no care for patients. Avoid this one.

Customer service is very poor. Dalton A. is not friendly and was short with everyone in line at the pharmacy. Dalton also caused a big mix up with prescriptions and caused a 2 hour delay. He tried to send me and others away by saying the prescription never came in from the doctor. Will try to avoid going to this facility at all costs in the future.

The pharmacist named Dalton is so rude and doesn’t have patience to another questions. The management has to take some action. I would recommend not to go to this pharmacy

TERRIBLE customer service. My son just had surgery today and when I went to order his pain medication, Dalton Anderson, the pharmacist, refused to give it to me even though they had TWO hours left before closing. As everyone says, this CVS has terrible customer service.

I had an awful experience with the pharmacist at this CVS location. They were extremely rude and unhelpful when I came in to pick up my prescription. Instead of answering my questions, they gave me short, dismissive responses as if I was bothering them.

I recently had a terrible experience at this CVS pharmacy. The staff was incredibly rude and unsympathetic. They treated me and other customers like we were inconveniences. It's unacceptable for healthcare professionals to speak to patients in such a disrespectful manner. The male employee I dealt with should either receive training on customer service or be removed from their position. I will not be returning to this pharmacy and I would not recommend it to anyone.

If I could give this store’s pharmacy a zero I would. This is the most inapt, poorly run and managed pharmacy I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. I’ve had to visit this pharmacy twice to ask them to fill a prescription they’ve had for several days. My advice, just do your job, if not, move on!

Been going here for years. But felt compelled to leave a positive review this week.
We’ve had a rough year w/ medical issues and what has made it a little less sucky is not waiting on meds. Tamara even helped save me money on TENS unit by using my coupon. The customer service has been awesome, friendly & the turnaround time excellent.
So in a world where most people come here to b!*%# and moan… I wanna give a shout out to the Pharmacy staff for doing their job well & with a smile. Keep up the great work. We appreciate you! S&S McD
