This pharmacy is not reliable. Be very careful to double check what you get charged for, and the count of tablets you get. They didn’t process through my insurance & over charged me. My packet says 45 tablets, the pharmacist tells me I get 45 days but the box had only 30. Another person got 30 tablets instead of 90 last time. They make mistakes & one pharmacist is a bit rude too.

Was 20 minutes before closing and I called the store after other pharmacies told me they could not or would not do passport photos. This young kid answered and told me sure he would do it. I went in and he was very knowledgeable and completed my passport photo in less than five minutes. I just found out 10 days before cruise that my passport is expired. Called passport agency and got an appointment for 7:30 am tomorrow morning but needed photos. Hence needing at least minute. Just wanted to take a minute and tell this young gentleman thank you for saving my cruise!

The store open hours 9-7. It’s 9:14 and they’re still not available to help customers. No one is saying any words such as apologies.

Such an useless store I have never seen in the area. All staff are very arrogant, rude, misbehaved. All the time creating issue with refills and never help patients. Mainly the pharmacy staf John. He publicly denied to give my prescription drug. All the time long waits. Issue with prescription brands and what not. Don’t ever recommend to go to this store ever. I wish CVS should train their staff with proper manners and behaviors. Horrible experience…..Ufffs….

My CVS is amazing. The wonderful staff there are so helpful and caring. John, Bernie, Dalton and Ron are amazing. I love this store so much. They take their time to help me every time I’m there. Thank you so much guys

One of the pharmacy employees - Dalton Andrews - was EXTREMELY condescending and rude. The worst customer service experience I’ve literally ever had. Asked to get my prescription back and switched pharmacies immediately.

The most INCOMPETENT CVS there is. If I could give them 0 star. You have Pharmacy “techs” who does not fully understand TriCare (military insurance) because there was one in particular was trying to tell me my child’s medicine was not covered. Ummmm try again, SIR. I’ve been in the military for a long time and EVERYTHING is covered. Plus, the picture below is PROOF that I’ve filled the same prescription at that SAME location before. See the attached picture below. Then the smart a** had the nerve to tell me, “you can ALWAYS pay for it over the counter” in a tone as if I could not afford not to pay for it out of pocket. Hahahaha TRUST ME, I can afford it x1000 but I’m not paying for it out of pocket because that’s why we pay for insurance.By the way, clean up that filthy location of yours. This is Johns Creek. The inside reeks and counter tops are disgusting: hence, a reflection of how NASTY your staff are to customers. I see why this location only has 2.4 star. This location is A JOKE

This pharmacy is terrible. The people are rude at the pharmacy. John M. is very condescending and sarcastic. I had to pick up a prescription and he acted as if it was an issue picking up the prescription from this location. Need better customer service skills! Will never go to this location again.

I rarely give bad reviews about any businesses because I try to think positive and do not want to give them a hard time at all but I do not want other people to be treated like this. Today March 3 2023, I called this CVS pharmacy and got connected with the pharmacist John. I was on the phone and asking a few questions to transfer my prescriptions from Walgreens. He asked for my name and date of birth then he asked something but the voice broke off. As soon as I asked him again, he was very loud, rude and inpatient. And he continued and said "your medicine is ready to pick up for 30$". I was like "ready for pick up where at CVS or Walgreens." He was not explaining in details with the bad attitudes. At his point, I was very disappointed with the communication and services of a pharmacist. I do not want other people to be treated with disrespects like that. CVS is a big company that should address the types of attitudes like these to make sure all clients are served well with respects. Thank you CVS.

I went to CVS for 4 items. All 4 items were not stocked. I was going to CVS because I had a 35% off one item. I couldn’t use the coupon because they didn’t have the two Mabelline products or hair products that I used to get from the same store in the past. I went to another CVS a little further from my house and they had only 2 of the 4 items I was looking to buy. Very disappointing that it’s not just that one CVS, but CVS as a company.

This CVS is a ridiculous. They couldn’t find any of my prescriptions transferred from my local CVS that was closed. They couldn’t also find new prescription and told me they don’t have anything in their system. Wait time to refill medication is couple of hors instead of 10-15 min in other pharmacies.
