There were two gentlemen in the shoe section. One of them was super helpful and deserved all the good praises, and the other one made me walk out of the store. Management... You know better, do what you must.

I came in to look for the Osaka tumblr “Love Letter”. I was trying to get it online but I guess it sold out before it was even released. The lady I dealt with who had glass asked the back if they had it but after a while she just brushed it off as if she had better things to do. Idk, I understand she may think they don’t have it but idk maybe actually wait until you hear from the back and not act as if you have better things to do. Just suggestion

This Store never has size 6,6.5, in shoes they are always out of med in sweatshirts and pants. The on cloud website says that dicks sells their shoes but they say they don’t have them in stock EVER! So frustrating. Will be going to perimeter store from now on!

I have went to this location on three separate occasions to attempt to purchase running shoes. I noticed several team members standing around chit chatting but did not offer assistance and when I asked for assistance you get treated like you asked them to clean up dog poo

My experience today is part of the reason I often do not enjoy going into stores. The young man in the shoe area with his pants pulled halfway down who walked off in the middle of my discussion with him trying to get shoes to try on. I was able to listen to people video chatting with whoever they are buying shoes for at the top of their lungs. The cherry on top was the carpeted areas were all soaking wet, so when you stepped on the vinyl tile floor, you would slip and almost fall. I spoke with the manager, who noted the sprinkler system sprung a leak last night. They did not open until 2 pm cleaning up the water. When I pointed out that I had almost busted my backside, he pointed out the wet floor signs. Those signs are great for letting someone know the floor may be wet, but they do not warn you that stepping off of the soaking wet carpet could be hazardous to your health. The manager looked like he could care less, and I quite frankly thought he might have become combative had I pushed the issue any further. I walked away in disgust. A few minutes later, I watched a young boy slip fall on the floor and knocked over merchandise stacked near an end cap. This store had no business being open.
We were able to find what we needed at the Lenox location where they appear to have their act together.

The associates are polite but the manager RICK(wears blue shirt) lacks customer service. I went in for a pair of white Air Force ones & it was long wait! The left shoe was already creased and had black markings on it. They did have one other pair I could of possibly switched out, however they couldn’t find the left shoe for that pair🤦🏾♀️ so I did what any rational customer would do and ask, could they be discounted! I would have been happy if I was even offered 5% the manager was rude. Didn’t speak directly to me, even though I was standing right in front of him, instead he spoke to the person checking me out! Instead, he says there is bound to be some markings if it’s a display pair, Just total disregard for the customers feelings! This was horrible customer service. I was very polite the whole time, and if people are spending their hard earned money, the least you could do is be courteous. I will not be going back that store! PSA stay away from Rick. Everyone else was very kind!

Went to see the bicycle for my daughter, finalize the bike, but could not buy it because of limited space in my car trunk. Ordered the assembled bike next day online 07/08 for my wife to pick it up next morning. My wife specifically ask not to give the floor sample bike because it had a oil stain and scratch on the frame. Guy in the bicycle area asked her to go to the checkout and he’ll bring the new bike which was on the upper rack to the checkout and not the floor sample. My wife did not check the bike before leaving the store. Once I checked the bike at home, he lied and gave the sample bike with the oil stain and scratch. He did not know that we had come a day before to check out the bikes and knew about the stain.
I did not want to go back and return the bike and tried to remove the stain and scratch myself but couldn’t remove it.
