We received excellent help from a Dick’s team member named Joseph. We had no idea what catchers gear to get my son, especially since he might be between 2 different sizes. Joseph was able to help us check for a proper fit with the gear and guide us to the best product to suit our needs. It was a great experience and I’m very great for the kind and knowledgeable staff we often encounter at this location.

Rude staff, terrible return policies. Several of their clothing items looked used and dirty. With the amount of money they charge for their products you’d think they would do a better job putting out quality items. Nope. They’d rather have mediocre products for top dollar with mediocre employees.

I walked in and they were 4 employees standing there in the front, and one finally said, hello sir. When I went to ask him where the hats were, he turned his back, and the other three people could see that I was waiting, and had a question. Nobody acknowledged me, so I walked into the store. Then I realized, why do I need to go searching for something when there were 4 employees there to direct me to where I need to go? So I left and went to target. I don’t get it? It’s the Holiday season and you have the staff? Why wouldn’t they help the customer? The best part was as I was exiting, because I can’t exit the way I came in, I noticed there was one line with 5 people in it! Maybe one of those 4 people could open another line?

Went to the shoe department. There for 15 minutes before I saw an employee. I asked for a pair of shoes via the electronic kiosk. Employee said my name, I nodded, he put a box in my hand and walked away, not to be seen again. As I was leaving, I told the manager, who (at least) offered to get help. No apology, no “sorry about that.” Not trying to be a jerk, but customer service gets a zero.

Lots of inventory. Helpful, but not pushy employees. Very clean store. Prices not on many items.

Grace was very helpful in trying to find a certain shirt I was looking for for my son. The only problem was that the team sports area was a mess, and the store inventory was incorrect, which made it impossible to find what we were looking for..

Spacious and well organized. For a variety of sports and games, you will find all related things easily.Billing is quick and easy. The highlight of this store is Mr. Richard - smiling, friendly, and willing to help. He proactively checks on you and guides you to correct aisle. Shows a lot of patience and empathy towards shoppers. Such a person makes your shopping a pleasant experience.

I just bought a pair of boots from your store and your sales team was great. I am an amputee and I asked to have a electric chair which they had one and it did not work and the whole team made sure I was able to use it, you guys came in really clutch. Thank you. I will be back and shop more at your store in the future. Great job team.

Justin at the North Point Pkwy location helped make my experience fantastic. I purchased my bike at another location last summer and recently noticed the rear brakes weren't working. Justin not only quickly fixed my issue but he took time to show me how to fix it in case it happens again. Everyone at the store was helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in.

Eddie is amazing! Thank you so much dicks for having such a gracious employees.My service dog was really tired, and I needed to get her some sort of wagon ;(Eddie checked us out, and I reluctantly asked if he would be able to help me out and take it out of the box and put it together. Believe it or not Eddie called someone over to the line to take over took out a box cutter and within two minutes, took it out of the box and put it together and made sure we were able to use it! This was the greatest Customer Service I've ever gotten in the store and I commend Dicks for all the help I received. The story was so clean and so well stocked, I came in for only the wagon, but I couldn't help but seeing all the cute outfit and tennis shoes! Thank you so much to Eddie he literally saved us, my service dog would've never ever made it back home. She was exhausted ;(

While their selection of inventory is not the most specialized or highest quality gear, they maintain an adequate stock of sporting goods, clothing and equipment. They get the fifth star for being dog friendly!

We shop here only because we have no other choice. While the staff is friendly there are NEVER enough cashiers. Avoid unless you have to.
