Had an awesome experience at Discount Tire thanks to Cole. He came out to greet me right away, was super friendly, and got me taken care of incredibly fast. You can really tell he cares about helping customers and making the whole process smooth. If you’re stopping by, ask for Cole—he made the whole visit easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I called and ask to speak with store manager regarding a transaction and was told he was in a staff meeting and that they’ll relay the message to give me a call back. Time passed so I placed another call (same day) to speak with the store manager and this time, I’m told he’s at lunch. I don’t appreciate or tolerate the run around. I will no longer spend my money with Discount Tire.

Only downside of this location is I dropped my car off and after 4 hours they still hadn't called with an update. We called at least 10 times and no one answered! No voicemail or nothing. We decided to head up there since we couldn't get anyone on the phone and it turned out it was ready.

Chris was the person who helped me at the Alpharetta location on Windward Pkwy and he was absolutely outstanding. Friendly, respectful, and extremely professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
I have a tremendous amount of respect for Discount Tire employees. Every time I visit, the team carries themselves with professionalism and integrity, and Chris is a perfect example of that. He went above and beyond, and it truly shows how much he cares about customers.
Chris is an exceptional employee and an even better person. I’m genuinely grateful for the service he provided today.

Christopher needs a promotion.
We had a slow leak in one of our tires so we stopped by. Chris offered to evaluate the car, then was able to take it in, and get the leak identified and patched quickly. Most importantly, he said it was on the house and refused payment. I appreciate the hospitality, and can ensure gestures such as this will definitely secure future business from us, and others.

Great tire store. Recommend book online in advance. Sometimes there is a line to check-in, so plan on 10 mins to get checked in.

I visited Discount Tire for warranty work on a set of tires I purchased almost three years ago. Unfortunately, they couldn’t locate my information or my tire purchase in their system, which was disappointing since it meant my warranty couldn’t be used.
However, I have to give full credit to the customer service team. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They quickly found a nail in my tire, repaired it, and had me back on the road in about 45-60 minutes — all at no charge.
Even though my records couldn’t be found, I truly appreciate the excellent service and the way they handled the situation. Thank you for taking care of me!

I've tried to buy tires from this location twice. I've been unsuccessful both times. I've went in and set there 15-20 mins and I have never been acknowledged. Last visit 10/10/25. In fact the counter personnel have went out the the shop without say hello, we'll be right with you. There will not be a third time.
*****FOLLOW UP: I believe this place really don't care about the customer. I received a email stating the upper management would contact me to bring resolution to the challenge, which hasn't happened. At this point doesn't matter. I went to a competitor a purchased a set of Michelins for $454 less than what I would have paid at Discount Tire. Moral of the story DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES FOR DISCOUNT TIRES ON WINDWARD PARKWAY IN ALPHARETTA.

Came in cause I had a bounce in my tires, they told me I needed a valence so they balenced them. Got my truck back and when I got up to speed the same bounce was there. Brought back my truck and was told my tires are crap. So I bought new tires and got it back and once up to speed the same thing..brought it back again and they re balenced my truck saying it was off. Well yall balenced them so how are they off? Got my truck back and the same thing, brought it back again and was told it needs an alignment .. so after an alignment it was worse.. so now I am 3k into a problem that should have been rectified the 3rd time and now they are telling me I need new rims?? This place is ran by kids who don’t have experiance and is a joke. Don’t waste your time going to this store unless you just want to waste $.. what a joke

Clean, quick service (I had an appointment through Tire Rack) and professional. The shop had an appeal of a professional environment and not sketchy as some shops can appear. 3 tires installed in 45 minutes or less. Again I had an appt. I would go here again and can recommend.
