With the way most storage facilities constantly increase rates year over year, it is great to have a place like DNA Self Storage that has kept my rate the same for the last 3 years and stayed true to their word. The facility is safe and accessible, and rates are the best in town. Couldn't ask for more.

Staff is not responsive. I vacated the unit, but they keep charging my card not responding to phone calls and e-mails. Very difficult access - steep driveway. Not very clean - I see the same debris every time I visit.

I did a lot of shopping around to find a storage unit, and DNA has by far the best price and best service. When most (all) of the chain self-storage places are way to expensive for what you get, DNA offers the best value around. The management is very attentive, and answered almost immediately the couple of times I had a question in my 4 years of renting from them.

Though I was not with DNA Self Storage for long, their services were impeccable, with very affordable storage! My initial call was returned promptly, my meeting with the staff was very informative and the location was pretty secluded and secured. Should I ever need such services again, they will be the first company I will refer to. I give them 5 stars!!!!!
