The manager wasn’t very friendly, and I couldn't find what I needed. The store also felt disorganized, with items stocked but not well maintained, which made it hard to find what I was looking for. Hoping they improve the overall customer experience .

Dollar Tree at Houze & Rucker has become horrible. I have gone there a lot to get random things for my granddaughter but no more. The manager there yesterday (Sunday) was incredibly rude - even yelling at me - when I questioned why things Rang up for $3 when the rack clearly said $1.25. He simply said they can put things wherever they want and can charge whatever they want. If I didn’t like it, don’t shop there. The cashier was so embarrassed by his behavior. I won’t be back.

Beware - the price on the tag might not be what you are charged. The manager refused to honor the price on the tag.

This particular store was a mess and cashier did not understand when I asked if she was on her own. Everything looks so cluttered. The one in Woodstock at Walmart is organized and easy to get around.

The employee named Reece was incredibly rude to be during my visit. When I asked this person a question it was met with a snarky remark and unfunny sarcasm. Get another job if you’re unhappy. He irked my soul

Reasonable prices. Don't always have bags to put your items in. They sometimes post that they don't have bags.

This is the nicest dollar tree I’ve ever been to. Beautiful, well stocked, and cashiers who check you out without being on their phone.

This location has so much more variety of items than the strip mall stores. I believe it was a Walgreens or C.V.S. that was reclaimed by Dollar Tree but they fill every square inch of that store.

Always dirty and messy. Out of items all the time. Random closing. Employees need to be better managed and paid.

Employees were available to point me to the right aisles for the products I was looking for, the entire store was clean and well organized.
And as usual my money went further for things I needed.
