Horrible management bought a shoe found out the poor quality in 2 days leather started getting peeled and fitted also was bad went to return and they don't want to exchange even after 3 days ... left the shoes and money both with them as a gift never returning back

Lots of options. Hard to find the specific shoes I needed (they did not have them) but there are many options and you're able to try them on.

I had a great time at this store. The attendant saw me trying on shoes and she asked if I needed any help. Then we got on a discussion of size misplacement in the store is a constant challenge. They do well though. I purchased two pairs and had a wonderful experience.

Terrible store with awful customer service. Makita (Manager) is not responsible and not polite. She is yelling at the customer.

The Store Manager at the Alpharetta location was very kind, friendly and professional. When walking through the store she asked if everything was okay. She then helped one of her associates get the line down at the register. She asked if I had a rewards account which I appreciated. Was able to get some money off my purchase. That goes a long way. Working with the public and dealing with customers can be very draining. Some people find reasons to leave a bad review everywhere they go because their unhappy or miserable however when people do good work and are essential, rarely do they hear how wonderful of a job they did.Thank you for all you do!
