It was the 1st time visiting this store and no one else was in the store and still couldn’t get them to help us. Bad experience. Went to the Johnston and Murphy store at the Woodstock Outlets and got awesome help. Bought 3 pairs of shoes.

Being Both Big AND Tall, I like going into the store to try stuff on. I wish they had one of everything in all sizes as 'try ons' because sometimes the cut is different. I also would like to see everything that is on-line availble to order even if the item is out of stock. This way, DXL knows what the customers want or need and can go ahead and order more asap.

Return policy is made up on the spot. The manager refused a return because the tag wasn’t attached and claimed the product was damaged. It was in the same condition as I purchased it as it was unworn. Partially on me for buying it in a hurry and not seeing the damage but the manager refused to work with me for a defective item.
