In life sometimes you just need one person to be kind to you, Shayla is that person. We are new to the area and are currently staying at this location for business. It seems to have many kind people working here that we think anyone would appreciate.
We hope to have a loving and great experience here as we give love back in return. So far, Shayla that takes the restaurant orders and also works the bar, have always had a wonderful attitude no matter the day towards us. Shayla is the kind of employee that every Hilton Hotel should have. We are grateful to have met her. ? Whenever you come here please ask for Shayla.

Excellent communication throughout my stay, from Amie and Ann. The location is great(near a mall), and daily breakfast was yummy. Will be back!

Great Job ?? we've now done our high school reunion a couple of times in this location and will always come back and recommend it highly to others!.. the entire evening and morning staff that are very diligent job extremely professional kind and courteous ? the entire staff did a wonderful service for each of us and especially want to recommend the front counter agent Mr Juan for his excellence in his duty and providing World-class Customer Service excellence!...

Have stayed here twice, and it will be the one I choose in the area from now on. Friendly, helpful staff (Ann at front desk was wonderful) Clean rooms, and in good location. About 8 minute drive to Ameris Amphitheater, which was convenient.

I love this hotel. We would definitely be booking here every time we go to Georgia. The location is great. Juan helped us out and checked us in. Great personality. And love their breakfast buffet. Definitely worth your money. ⭐️

Great hotel! Very clean, friendly staff. Classic embassy suites hot breakfast and welcome reception. Located close to local restaurants, shopping, and the Ameris Bank Amphitheater!

We had a great experience at this hotel! Juan at check-in was friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Our room was clean and more spacious than anticipated! Complimentary breakfast was tasty and had options for everyone! Would recommend for anyone looking to stay just a short drive outside Atlanta.

Highly disappointed. The check-in time was already late. Check-in time is 4 o'clock. I got there at 415 and was told that 2 of my rooms would not be ready until 5:00 and 1:00 row would be ready at 430. That's unacceptable. There were other clients there that had the early check-in for 3 o'clock and they checked in at the same exotics, I did. When I came to get my room keys once the rooms were available. I had to wait fifteen minutes because no one was at the service desk.The rules are really not worth the price that I paid

This is a nice neighborhood to stay at, I came here for a concert at Ameris Bank Ampitheatre and this was a good spot. When I came, one of the elevators was broken so it was frustrating waiting a long time to get up to our floor. The managers reception here was pretty good, with some really good salsa. The plant decor in this hotel is also really nice and the staff was friendly too. All in all, pretty updated and good stay for Alpharetta!

This Hotel was the worst I have ever visited before. I cancelled my room just as soon as I walked into the room. The carpet was very nasty and dirty. I immediately went the to agent at the desk and told him I cannot stay in a dirty hotel and asked for a refund, they did not refund my money. I would not recommend for anyone who likes cleanliness to stay at this hotel. Customer service is terrible and the hotel room was filthy. See pictures of the carpet.

This was the one place I truly enjoyed during my vacation. Every other Hilton stay had fallen short of my expectations. However, the Embassy Suites in Alpharetta still provided decent customer service. While they didn't acknowledge my Gold status—something Hilton seems to overlook these days—the front-desk agent did give me two bottles of water and a bag of goldfish crackers. Although she didn't thank me for my loyalty or mention my Gold status, I wasn't surprised since my expectations have lowered significantly over the years. The lady that worked at the bar and served us during our evening reception was outstanding. She was very kind and served everyone that came up for evening reception with a smile. She deserves some reignition for remembering that your entire brand depends on the customers your serve.
