The Milton GA enterprise manager is a life saver. We planned to rent a truck from the Alpharetta location for our move across the country. When we got there, we found out they didn't have what we discussed on the phone when booking the reservation. That location provided no solution or apologies regarding our situation. Luckily, the Milton location manager was able to come up with a solution! The manager and staff went above and beyond to find us a suitable truck that was in fantastic condition. It made our move easier and everything was smooth sailing after that.

My family flew to Denver last Wed. and made a reservation to car rental Enterprise. I have been with Enterprise for many years as a loyal customer, I even purchased Enterprise used car five years ago. But when I picked up my car from Denver airport on time, they do not have the car they promised for me a four wheel drive mid size suv, instead, they said they only have two cars available for me but they are not four wheel drive. When I asked for another car in the mid size four wheel drive, the lady said she has to charge me more. It looks like someone there played the game to try to get us pay more money. The car itself has no problem and carries us from point a to b and c and d and so on. That is why I still give 3 stars for Enterprise. But next time I would try another car rental who would not charge me more for the similar car.

Picked up first car from John’s creek location- (also awful) First car key fob battery went out. Enterprise said to go to Milton location as they could get me into a similar car. Got to Milton second car they put me in tags have expired but the paperwork and already gone through. Car 3 they put me in I didn’t drive off the lot I noticed the engine light was on. So I had to redo the paperwork yet again the fourth car they put me and has now got an engine light. Check and has to be picked up from my home. Because I’ve been in four cars within 24 hours none of which with my own fault I now need a brand new reservation through enterprise. I’ve had 4 cars in 24 hours and now the last one is getting towed from my house. Not once have they apologized for the mess. Just awful.

I haven't rented from this location in awhile but I assumed they were still good to go based on my past history of rentals. Rented a 2022 Ford Expedition for 2.5 days.. Rental was about $1040. When I took the rental home, I noticed an odor of what smelled like wet pet hair throughout the truck. I sprayed the carpet as well as I could and it helped but did not resolve the smell. Once on the highway the car shook and vibrated as it was in need of an alignment and balance. Needless to say I was not happy with what I spent in relation to what I received. Melissa who was very anxious to rent the vehicle to me, called me Monday 6/26 to follow up on how the experience went. After relaying my concerns she asked what it would take to make things better. I shared and she said let me speak to the manager and I will call you right back. 2 days later after no follow up, I called and she was Not available because she was helping other customers. I called again today and my call went immediately to voice mail. I would think if you paid over a grand for less than 3 full days of rental service, that someone would do what's needed to keep a frequent user of Enterprise vehicles happy. A person that has a corp account with their company and spends hundreds of thousands of dollars each year with enterprise to get our people back and forth nationwide. They won't have to worry about getting my business from this location moving forward. I'll also start working with my company to find a better suitor for our business to partner with. Please avoid this location like the plague.

Fabulous service and manager is really good and friendly the girl working there Amanda is really giving good service and there manager beth she's also very polite and calm Loved it good place to take car on rent

I've rented from quite a few rentals but this Enterprise is by far the best! Dakota Jason Steve and Rebecca were especially exceptional in excellent customer care and service that compares to none in this business. It is my hope that they continue to hire others in the likes of them.lm almost disappointedy my personal car is readyLol!

Omg I can not say enough positive and nice things about the team at this location. They took an unfortunate situation of working with a warranty company to handle car repairs and made the rental process so smooth. This is personally the location I will always go to even though I have moved from the Alpharetta area.

Such a great experience! Both our pick up and drop off customer experience was exceptional. David helped us in getting the perfect vehicle, and I'm not sure who we did the drop off with (he didn't usually work there), but he was incredibly helpful as well. We went out of our way to pay more for Enterprise vs the other car rental agencies in the area, and I am so glad that we did. Thank you!

I have previously give this location 5 start review just because of excellent customer service and vehicle availability.But my recent experience with this location was nightmare experience. Initially when I made reservation I work with branch manager 'Henna' (I might have incorrect spelling) and book vehicle for 2 days and with extreme weather I return vehicle little over 30 minutes so I work with her and explain her so initially I was charged for 3 days and she updated back to 2 days..One month later I find out I was charged for 3 days and when I call "new manager" "Becca" than I realize it's not company but people make difference in experience.Becca was not cooperative and when I offer to email her receipt I received with 2 days of rental she denied to update and said it is what it is .. I can't change anything ... I said I won't be renting from this location and her response was it's your choiceSo please make sure and understand who you dealing with and if possible avoid this location.Hope they have better customer service in future but for now I won't be renting from this location.
