I visited this storage facility last Friday to help a friend open his storage unit so movers could load a U-Haul box, and I was very impressed with the service. Will, the attendant, was extremely helpful—he had all the necessary documentation ready before I even arrived, walked me directly to the unit, pointed out where the dollies were located, and had the locks we needed ready to go. The building itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Everything was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We have used Extra Space Storage the past few years and we have enjoyed it. The facility is always clean and the people are always helpful. Brian at the Holcomb Bridge location was very nice and helpful with our move out process.
