I use Extra Space for my business as well as customers on pack-out / pack-in restoration jobs. They're great and fairly priced. Best thing is there's usually facility available within 5 miles of most jobs we do that need temporary storage of customer owned items.
Haley, the manager was a sweet sounding young lady on the phone and very helpful. The world needs more folks who care and possess aptitude to get 'er done! Thank you, Haley for making this process a painless - swift task to complete.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Haley Taylor, the Store Manager at Extra Space Storage on Jones Bridge Rd in Alpharetta, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!
From start to finish, Haley was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make my transition into a new storage unit completely stress-free. She took the time to listen to my needs, offered great solutions, and handled every detail with genuine care and patience.

I used this extra space storage location for a longer period and my overall experience is great. Very smooth process moving in/out, very safe environment to store your personal belongings and very helpful staff. I would definitely use this place when I have to next time too

We have all our storage units at this location due to the excellent customer service from Haley and Kaye. Yesterday Kaye helped me rent a 10'x30' unit. She greeted me with a huge smile and walked me through the process in less then 10 minutes. This location is both convenient to our office space and competitively priced.
