The W. Side Parkway facility is the best. Rose is always very friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. The location is convenient to my house and it’s very easy to access my unit. I also love the temperature controlled environment.

I have to write a review because never in the history of “evers” have I had such top smoooooth customer service! It was so easy to book a storage on the phone with a wonderful young man, thoroughly understand the rules, ask questions, and get access remotely. You literary can be parked outside and set up storage without having to set foot inside. Plus, the follow-up person who called the next day (Mrs. Rose) was wonderful and thorough. What a great company! Clean, spacious and not ratchet at all. Thank you!!!

My first ever storage!! Rose was amazing. Walked me through everything patiently. I had done my research online and found a great deal so she explained the details of what I found. And she was attentive all while training a new employee. I look forward to seeing her smile when I come load my stuff into my new storage!

Tonight did it for me. I arrived at the storage and the homeless couple who has the two tarps and dog were setting up a tent to sleep there. 🤬🤬🤬😱😱😱 thank God this is my last month renting here. My experience here has served the purpose with storage space, the place was being kept up when Anna was there while Rose was out. Now I see dead and living roaches. Dirt in front of units. Elevators nasty. The management here now is slothful. It shouldn't be. I appreciated Anna, she made sure she did her daily rounds, making sure the place was clean.

To whom it may concern, I would LOVE to tell EXTRASPACE that my encounters with Miss Rose is as sweet as her name in a very professional manner. Her customer service exemplifies EXCELLENCE, as a retiree from Governmental Customer Service I see the same that I provided to my customers from their observations.
Miss Rose has the patience to handle difficult problems to solve in front of her.
