I've been a patient of Dr. Tellakula for several years and I must say she is by far one of the best physicians in Alpharetta, GA. Her bedside manner is impeccable and her medical knowledge is superb. NFFM is by far the most well- run office I've had the pleasure of experiencing and I give the office manager Michelle all the credit. As mentioned, I've been with this practice for quite some time and have seen office managers come and go; with this said, no one has quite raised the bar like Michelle. In short, I had an insurance snafu, which became drawn out and pain-staking. After explaining the issue to Michelle, she addressed all matters, followed up with me when promised, worked diligently on my behalf to resolve the issue and got the job done. Michelle demonstrated high levels of professionalism, calm and patience, even in my frustration with my insurance company. I can NOT thank her enough for handling my situation the way she did.
