FedEx keeps changing delivery time and date of delivery when I scheduled tech rep for key install! Then FedEx Customer Support 'Robot' will not allow for Representative or any human to handle any issue - it's problematic and infuriating since no matter what option you choose, they (a) won't get you to a representative and (b) they hang up on you and don't allow for other options -- RIDICULOUS and Customer Disservice! Gave 1 Star because Zero wasn't available

Fed ex is the WORST. I have medical supplies delivered every month. Fed ex sends me a note and tells me when it is to be delivered. Sometimes for for up to a week I get a text that says due to operational error it will not be delivered. I used to be able to call the Alpharetta office and receive some help, no more. UPS, Amazon, usps, can all deliver in a timely fashion. For some reason fed ex cannot. They suck

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. I has to sign for it, no problem. The problem comes when the FedEx Delivery person does not knock or ring the doorbell to let me know they are trying to deliver the package and just leaves a note, lying saying no one was home. I got the email saying an attempt was made but no one was home. I literally didn’t hear a doorbell or knock. “We missed you” but u didn’t attempt to knock or ring the door bell but left this

Every time I use fed ex my package gets delayed a day or two. I don’t even wanna explain the troubles I recently had. I will never pay fedex to ship anything for me infact I will pay extra for ups or usps when ordering if given the option from now on.

I went for an interview that was supposed to start at 9:00 am with James Walker. I was taken to what looked like their break room. No one was in there but, what in there right in front of me was his interview guidelines and the actual questions. Very unprofessional and I’m sure they gave the other applicants the same opportunity to study up before the interview. It was only supposed to be a 30min interview so after 20 minutes of sitting there by myself I went out into the hallway and asked a lady if James Walker was here or not. Her polite and informative response was “Iontknow”. I went back and waited until 9:30 then I got up and left. I made it to my car and got in when I was approached by someone in assuming is James Walker because they never introduced themselves and instead of the sorry for your wait and a polite reasonable excuse for his lack of professionalism I get “don’t you want an interview”? I told him I did and that’s why I waited 30 minutes for you. He then informed me that he had a job to do before he could be BOTHERED to do an interview…told him have a nice day and left. Thanks for helping me decide not to take that job James.

The last time I was here, the representative was super friendly and helpful. This time, I was told to pack the laptop myself and motioned to the stand with boxes or go to a different location. Without asking if I had an account, she told me to write out my shipping information on the provided sticker. I asked if I needed the sticker if I had an account. She said no, and I provided the account number. She proceeded to help me while eating Cheese it's and talking with her mouth full. She was helpful in getting the box shipped but rated low in professionalism. I appreciate the location and ability to walk in ship items without much wait.
