FedEx DOES NOT STAND BEHIND their 2 day shipping guarantee. Paid for 2 day shipping - packaged delivered in 5 days. Asked for refund. They pick another state that had bad weather the day your package is supposed to be delivered and claim they are not responsible because of bad weather even though it is not the origin or destination state. Clever way to get out of honoring their guarantee. Next time - will send a gift using Amazon instead.

I walked in and heard a loud "Hello, welcome to FedEx!" from Joy. More than anything, she has such a big, wide, beaming smile...amazing to walk into at 930 in the morning. I was not aware that I had to print my label at home, so Joy said it wasn't a problem and that I could email it to her...and so I did. While I located and forwarded the email, I watched Joy service another customer with that same beautiful smile...it was so nice to see. You are a pleasure, Joy!I've not experienced any of the complaints that other patrons have noted in the reviews.

They shut the door at 6:59 when they are supposedly open till 7pm. I had a prepaid label package, 5 second drop off...the employee saw me and didn't want to open the door. Terrible!

This is my neighborhood Fedex store. Don't understand all of the bad reviews tbh, never had an issue here. Staff always pleasant and helpful. I use their printing services and occasionally will need to ship. Prices are reasonable - much prefer going here over USPS or UPS.

Classic employee run store. Closed whenever they need a mid-day break without any note when (or IF) they will be open again that day. No one to track the lapse in service either. In other words, it’s like USPS - no accountability or motivation for customer service. Do yourself a favor (if possible) and go to the UPS store across the road in Crabapple Kroger complex and see how a shipping store should be run.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST WENT INTO THIS LOCATION AND WAS RUDELY MET BY STORE EMPLOYEE MORRIS. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH A RUDE EXPERIENCE IN THIS STORE I NORMALLY DEAL WITH BRASON HE IS WONDERFUL. MORRIS IS VERY RUDE AND NASTY ILL SAVE YALL THE STORE BUT I HAVE CONTACTED FEDEX CORPORATE OFFICE. DONT STOP HERE..... PASS THIS STORE PLACE BY. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A MANGER REACH OUT TO ME.

Avoid this spot. Like the other reviews, they’re clearly just trying to sell boxes and bubble wrap. I watched them disassemble a persons perfectly fine wrapped box and determine they had to pay more than $20 for a return. When they told me my box wouldn’t work, I went to another store and they accepted it no problem

Brought in a prepaid return. They say they can't ship a box with a void. I ask for paper trash to fill void. They can sell it to me for $3.99... otherwise they can sell me a different box. I suggest taking out the shoe box, taping, and shipping it directly. Nope. Not an 'approved box'. But don't worry, they'll sell you one.
