Literally every time I come, no matter what time of day, they’re closed for “lunch.” Today I came at 2:45 and they’re closed with a sign that they’ll be back at 3:30. An employee said to me “she’ll be back at 3:30, she’s on lunch. At 2:45? I’m so frustrated because this is now 4 times that this has happened - they need to update their hours online to show when theyre ACTUALLY open.

This facility is supposed to be staffed and they state their hours are from 9 am to 6 pm. However two days in a row now they are closed from 2 - 3:15. At least update the hours on-line so customers know when to be there.

This lady refused accepting my packages twice. People here are very rude. I was able to ship it from other Fedex places. Won’t try this place ever again

If it were possible, I'd rate this location negative 100. It's been a consistent string of bad experiences: the first time, no drop-off receipt due to computers being down; the second time, a power outage resulting in everything being non-functional; and the third time, a misplaced package. It seems there's always something going wrong. Save yourself the trouble and visit the Windward location instead.

They are nearly always closed for no reason. Last week I showed up at 1:30 on a Friday to find they were out to lunch for at least another hour and fifteen minutes. Don’t go to this location unless you’re feeling lucky.

Terrible location. I have been here 3 times to drop a package and they have been closed every time. I asked a Walmart employee if they're ever open and the said they are but they just went to lunch. It is 2 pm and they won't be back until 330pm. Do not come here. Do not waste your time. The reviews of this location do not lie. Utter garbage

I went in today to ship golf clubs without a box. In and out in less than five minutes. Great customer service. I bought a box and the clubs were packed and shipped for me.

Went to this location at 2:59pm of 7/17/23 - it was closed for lunch.You leave office work and kids at home to drop a package - only to see a closed store at 3pm - very unprofessional
