Fidelity recently went in and changed my address on all my accounts without my consent. When I asked them to provide the documentation that showed that I gave them permission to make modifications to my personal information without my consent, they ceased responding to my inquiries. I have been a customer with them for 30 years. This is scary folks. They can and will go in and modify your personal account information without your permission. Get your money out of there as quickly as possible!

Dave H was great. He helped me and my boyfriend tremendously. We are both very overwhelmed with debt consisting of student loans, car and credit cards. We just didn’t know where to start and Dave really helped us. Super grateful for his time and advice. Give this man a raise Fidelity! He’s awesome!

We've been with Fidelity since Peter Lynch ran their formerly stellar Magellan Fund. Now to take an RMD, investors need to complete a 6-page form and physically go to a Fidelity Investor Center or elsewhere to have it notarized. In contrast, Charles Schwab let me easily submit their RMD app online. No reason to stay with Fidelity.

The guy helped me with 401k check deposit definitely had no clue of what he's doing. I had to go back the second day to this office and they said they can not fix the issue. It wastes me couple hours to call Fidelity to fix his mistake.
