Just brought this car on 5/9/2025 I drove it for two weeks and my car started shaking and making knocking noises and wouldn't drive and kept needing a jump. When we had 3 mechanics look at it, May 21-27 I was on vacation so my car was sitting until I got back once I got back I reached out to the dude and said the mechanic said the oil was very dark and old I have 3 people who can agree they said he sold me a lemon now the dude don't want to help and had a bad attitude on the phone when I should be mad I spent 7,000 plus tax on a car I can't even use. He said it been a month when it actually was less than a month. Also 3 mechanics said the car had too much oil in it so we try to take some out and put it back in and that's when we realize the oil was old and brown. Please don't go to these people and I will be suing using the lemon law. Never will go here again!!
Update: went to another mechanic and they told me I need a new engine, and I brought this car May 9th, 2025, very bad business at this place so i lost out on 7000 I paid for this car and now I can't bring my 3 children to camp or basketball practice and I have to now take a uber to work everyday

I recently purchased a 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid from Final Auto in Alpharetta and had an overall positive experience. The process began with scheduling an appointment for a test drive, and upon arrival, the owner, Reka, had the vehicle ready as promised.
What impressed me most was Reka's willingness to let me take the car for a pre-purchase inspection at Speed Auto Repair nearby. The inspection revealed only minor maintenance needs - an upcoming oil change, brake fluid exchange, coolant flush, serpentine belt replacement, air and cabin filter replacements, and spark plug service. Nothing major that would affect reliability.
One issue worth noting: the vehicle was listed on both the dealership website and AutoTrader with a mileage of 99,200, and having a sunroof, but the actual mileage was 99,774 and it did not have a sunroof. While this difference of 574 miles and no sunroof wasn't significant enough to affect my decision, potential buyers should verify all vehicle details in person.
We attempted to negotiate based on these maintenance needs, but Reka stood firm on his price. He transparently showed us receipts for repairs he'd already made (including new tires) and his original auction purchase cost. Though his negotiation style was assertive and direct, it never came across as rude - just a business owner protecting his margins. We understood his position, especially after seeing the documentation.
Our budget was $6,000, but we ultimately paid $6,900, with the final cost including tags, title, and taxes. The paperwork process was efficient - everything was prepared when I returned with my cashier's check, and we completed the transaction in under 30 minutes.
The Kia performed flawlessly on my 20+ mile drive home to Marietta. I even had time to take it through a car wash before surprising my 17-year-old daughter after school with her reliable yet affordable first car.
A few helpful notes for potential buyers: Final Auto operates by appointment only, which I appreciated. Also, I strongly recommend following my approach of getting a pre-purchase inspection, as these vehicles are sold as-is.
I would recommend Final Auto to anyone seeking an affordable yet reliable used vehicle. Reka runs a straightforward operation with transparency and professionalism.

Purchased a Prius . He was up front about the car and possible problems with any car with over 140K miles on it . I also purchased an extended service plan using a search . Have not had any major problems . No hidden fees at the last minute like a lot of major chain dealers like a $799 doc fee !

My parents recently purchased a 2015 Hyundai Accent to take with me to college! When I joined my mom on the car search, the owner was extremely kind and helpful. He even went as far as to give us complimentary cookies and cold drinks! I love my car and it runs smoothly. Great place to buy a car!

Purchased a 2016 Hyundai Accent for my Son to finish up college and this was perfect. We had regular maintenance that needed to be done but other than that ..great car and a great experience. Owner was professional and was very patient. I never felt pressured to buy anything and he presented a straightforward no haggle price.I would definitely buy from this establishment again!

I just purchased a 2011 Mazda 6 from Reza and I love it! Reza was very professional from beginning to end. He let me take it to a mechanic nearby to have it checked it out. When I called to tell him I wanted to purchase it, he had all of my paperwork ready by the time I returned. If you aren't afraid of higher miles then check out this dealer.

Couple of nice cars in the lot, but we have been three times now during business hours and no one is here to show us around. Have called several times and never get anyone to answer. No point in having a dealership if you arent there to sell the cars.

Horrible service!!!Cant speak English!!!Cost us a thousand dollars extra!!!!Don't buy here!!!We bought a Fiat at this dealer last week and the guy who sold it to us was cool but the owner in the back is terrible!He can't speak English and is costing us hundreds of dollars because of it!!!Do not buy here!!!We left our rental car at the dealer because enterprise said they would pick it up there and they would be good. Well they have called this guy multiple times and he can't understand them to get the car picked up and they keep charging us money as though we haven't turned the car in.When we called the owned he said we didn't even buy the car here!!!!My lady is crying talking to this guyTons of stress.

Just bought a 2013 accent. His prices are better than anywhere else we could find. He was a pleasure to do business with and even stayed open late for us to round up the money. Would certainly buy here again. Reading these other reviews makes me wonder if the expectations are a little high. When you buy a used car with 80-100k miles you will have to make repairs. There is a reason why warranties stop covering items in 50k or less miles. Give him a shot very nice guy!

I am shocked at the reviews ! I absolutely LOVE my Honda Odyssey . I have had it for going on two months and have not had any issues or nothing major . My car was very clean , great wheels & mechanically great . And it had such low mileage for the price I paid . He gave me a 45 day tag & my tag was ready to be picked up and ready . He stays on top of things and he runs business, I had zero issues . He let us bring our computer to check for any deeper issues that was not seen . I am so grateful I went to him . Never made such a better purchase and met someone so honest . Thanks again !
