If I could give 0 star I would.
If you have issues with your car or even if it's a simple maintenance or tires, run away from this place.
I took the car in for 2 new tires, they didn't give me an estimate initially, I had to call next day to ask them for the price, they finally gave me an estimate, which was higher than their website. Then I had to call and ask if my car was ready. They didn't bother to call to tell me how much the work will cost or if my car was ready.
They put the new tires on one side of the car rather than rear or front axle. I had asked twice to put new tires on the back, it's a typical practice, but they refused to do it. They said I have to come back tomorrow.
I'm calling to report them to corporate Firestone, but this is a weird shop, just stay away.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online, and they started working on my vehicle even before my appointment since I arrived a little early. The work was done very quickly and the technician answered a few questions I had. My only complaint is that they told me the before/after specs of the alignment would be e-mailed to me and they were not. I then called and asked for them and was told their printer was broken, so the techs usually snap a picture of the specs and include that in the inspection report. Apparently that was not done and they had no way to provide that info.

I recently was in need of repair on my vehicle and Toby (mgr) and David (mech) were very knowledgeable, honest and professional. they made my repair work a smooth and seem less process. I highly recommend firestone (Alpharetta GA) for all of your servicing needs.

The front desk Tom, was unfriendly in fact downright hostile.
Even though I had an appointment they took in two vehicles that came after me. The first was a Police vehicle which I was totally cool with. The next was a regular customer's.
Only when I brought this up with the front desk did they agree to pull my car in next.
Finally when the service was done they never went over the inspection report.
These people should not foist their prejudices so obviously on customers. We are not in the Jim Crow era anymore.
Totally unacceptable. I let corporate know.

This was a great shop, but now I went to get an alignment and the service requests were for air filter, cabin filter, coolant, and a battery. I just changed the filters, coolant is maybe 6mo old, and I routinely check the charging system. It's very sad to see high quality shops turn to this type of cash grab versus being honest and reliable. I have a ton of work to get done but it won't be here, just can't trust somebody that lies about the small stuff.

I have recently had my front breaks done on February 3rd 2024. This past weekend 11.9.24 my front breaks are squeaking & grinding as if I never got my front pads & rotars replaced for $436. This is absolutely unacceptable on so many levels from a long time customer over 10+ years. I am embarrassed that I even have to write this review. I have bought front and back breaks/rotars before (from firestone) and within the 3 years from of having them until now. I have NEVER had a issue. I NEED a regional manager..someone that is higher up that WILL INDEED fix this major dangerous issue at hand!!!

Yesterday, I phoned this store and spoke to Hunter. Having been to the store several times in the past I was aware of their former pricing. I specifically asked for the price of an oil change, and Hunter told me that I could get it for the same price that I got it last time which was about $52. I drove almost 20 miles this morning to the store specifically because of what Hunter told me. When I arrived at the store; first, another employee, Tom, told me I didn’t have an appointment even though I made the appointment for 12:30 today. Tom gave me the price for the pool change, which was higher than I had been quoted. I told him, “but Hunter told me… “ and he cut me off. He said no buts — very rudely and “you do it or not.” Then I said I need to speak to Hunter. Hunter came and spoke to me. He told me that he had only been there a month, as if that was an excuse for him misquoting the price. When I told him how far I had driven based on what he had told me the day before, he said that I shouldn’t have driven so far to the site. He also asked why am I quibbling over such a small amount? I asked to speak to the manager — the manager is Toby. He was tied up at the moment, so I waited. When he was finally free. I told him what had transpired. I told him that his staff members were rude and unprofessional. In the past, Spencer had been the manager at the site, and I had always received very good customer service. Toby, tried to negotiate a lower price for me but still did not provide the price Hunter had quoted. Although Toby tried to make it right to some extent, I feel he is ultimately responsible. The employees who work for him are rude, unprofessional and poorly trained. They will cause this store to lose business. I will patronize other stores in the future.
