This credit union is the worst. The wait times on hold are long and I hate having to call. The website is not user friendly which makes it difficult not to have to call customer service for even the moderately computer savvy customer. I've had a 50/50 experience with the telephone representatives too. Everything about this credit union is just mediocre. I definitely wouldn't recommend First Tech Federal Credit Union as a go to for any friends or family.DON'T BE FOOLED!! I sent forwarded my concerns to Corporate 30 days ago and NO RESPONSE. Like I said, this Credit Union is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!

I have banked with them for over 5 yrs. Have never been anything but pleased with the banking services.I don't know a out the investment side; have not used them.

Worst location ever. Took me 30 mins to find it and when I finally did they didn’t take me in because I’m not a member, they close at 4 but google says 5. How I’m suppose to become a member!? Super irritating and wasted my gas. Put a sign up!!!

Bank is trash . Customer support is outsourced and the representative only set up call backs.That have no knowledge of the bank proccesses or a direct number to the bank . I highly recommend that you do not do any business with them at all.

Don't do it! I used to have all of my accounts with this Credit Union because their customer Service was great. Over the past couple years customer service has really gone down hill unless you visit their one branch. Their website is also very hard to navigate and transfer funds. I have since all my accounts to Wells Fargo and have been very pleased there.
