If I could leave a 0 I would leave it, the old woman who is in the fitting rooms has a nasty and very bad attitude, I asked her for assistance to one of the fitting rooms and she denied it and closed them immediately! I don't know why they work as customer service if they're not going to be with their good attitude if you don't like your job, get out of there! People do not have the need to put up with bad treatment. She yelled at me because I left a jacket that I was trying on in another pile of clothing and demanded me to take it to its place, like that's your job, I told her to not yell or speak to me like that, I won't go back and now I understand why they don't sell clothes and store is going out of business!

They always close the fitting rooms and turn off light in one of the store rooms more than an hour before the store closes. Nobody wants to sell anything here. Even when I asked to open the fitting room, they refused.

Tried to return a hoodie and I wore it once and cloth started popping out of it for some reason tried to return it denied it I didn’t even it wash it once and the manger being disrespectful aswell awful service do not go there they take SHEIN returns pretty sure there hoodies from SHEIN aswell

The fitting room is closed, The sales person told me that it will be open just on Black Friday. She wasn’t friendly at all. I love the clothes in this store, but don’t like the customer service.

Staff is very rude to customers. Dressing room sign says open with assistance. So I asked for assistance and they were very rude and made an announcement to the whole store the dressing rooms are not open without assistance until 3 pm. Nowhere on the sign did it say this and all I did was ask. Horrible customer service

Yes, the staff is rude no doubt. I was at the store today and the lady at the counter accused me of throwing hat on the counter. I said no and the bunch of ladies (employees) ganged up on me and started saying mean things. I will definitely call the corporate office and recommend that they give these bunch of ladies customer service training. The entire store looks so run down……house keeping at its poorest.

This is one of the ridiculous store and staff I have ever been to , no polite way to customers , the working staff along with the manager lady is very very rude , they don’t even try to help with the purchases , not a nice way being the job . I would definitely recommend u guys not to go to this store

Can’t even open your fitting rooms because of staffing. No wonder you are almost out of business. Can’t even spend money at this store. Ridiculous
