I see why this store is rated 2.5. If you want to buy big box and you don't need help, by all means shop here. If you need help, go to another store. This place is run so poorly. Lots of staff. Just mismanaged.

DO NOT BUY SHAW CARPET FROM HOME DEPOT! I purchased the most expensive carpet they carried because they told me the carpet was resistant to heavy wear, (2) is highly stain resistant and (3) came with a warranty to protect the company against issues. We followed the rules of the warranty and noticed certain stains on the carpet that could not be removed. I filed a warranty claim but it was completely denied..

I usually have a good experience at this Home Depot, but today was different. When I tried to return a large mini fridge I had bought that did not fit into my space the service was awful. . I stood in line at customer service and explained that I was not able to get it out of my car because it was too heavy and was told someone would come out and help me with it. A very nice employee got the heavy cooler out and put it in a cart. We walked inside the doors where the customer service cashier was and she said to me I needed to push it myself up back around to customer service and get back in line. I said I can't push this it's really heavy and why do I have to get back in line? They both ignored me and walked away. I waited in line again after pushing the very heavy cooler to the line. I was very disappointed in the customer service not to mention it hurt my back pushing this heavy cooler around Home Depot.

Terrible service. Curbside pick up doesn't happen. You wait, then go in and wait. They always seem to be short staffed or something.

Today is August 6th and back onJuly 7th I ordered a LG DishwasherWith installation (unit was in stock)Received a confirmation emailSpoke with installer and is scheduled for install date of July 14th - No call and no show on installNow there's no product Now we are Scheduled for July 25thArrives with two large dents in front doorRefuse unitNow we wait for product and Installation schedule 2nd unit arrives August 4thUnit does not have door seal and can not be installed as water will come out Refuse unit Decided that two for two was enoughTold Home Depot and LG to cancel my order as now product availability is now August 26th Had to call Home Depot for refundThey only refunded the install feesCalled LG and they have to wait until The unit is returned - even though the unit never left the delivery truck Called Home Depot again and they have the product back and now are waiting on An authorization to issue the creditIn the meantime I paid over $900 on July 7th - they we quick to process my Payment Only excuse: is that this is their process Pretty lame excuse for a lame policy

I visited this store on Wednesday morning June 15, looking to buy a dishwasher. I roamed the appliance department for 10 minutes looking for help but there was no sales associate to be found even though the store was not busy. I decided to just leave and on the way out I said to the customer service desk that I there to buy a dishwasher and couldn't find any help. His answer was sorry about that. You would have thought he might have said, I'm sorry, let me get someone to help you right away. I'm off to Lowes to see if I can get a better customer service experience there.

Went in for an appliance light bulb. Bunch of employees standing around. No help. Even went to appliance department, he just said nope don't have them. Went back to light bulbs but employee tells me "I don't have a radio". Goodbye Home Depot!

Get you Halloween and Christmas on!!Bought just tons of stuff here for Halloween and now Christmas too.In fact for Christmas I had to go to several HDs to get everything! Stuff goes so fast around here.The place was well set up but the shelves were not stocked after selling down.Fortunately I know where to look and I found quite a bit of what I was looking for in the overheads.Great deals and now after having the best yard at Halloween I'm going to rule at Christmas too! Thank you Home Depot!

Wow. My wife and I just moved into a new house with a nice yard so I came here to buy everything needed (mower, weed eater, chainsaw, seeds, mulch, stone, pest control, and some bathroom fixtures). I also needed to rent some equipment. However, I have never been into a Home Depot full of so many rude and unresponsive people. The entire staff treated me like I was a burden or ignored me. I only needed help finding the specific grass seeds (which, no matter how many employees I tried to ask for help, never helped) and renting the equipment. The two guys at 10:45a on June 17th, 2021 at the rental department were so rude that I immediately left and ended up not renting a single thing and even put the mower and saw back. What's wrong with the staff here? I've never had such a bad experience at a store like this other than a WalMart (to which this experience felt comparable). I'm now going to drive to Lowe's or ACE and give them all of my business because I doubt they'd treat their customers like this. I think Arthur Blank would be disappointed.

They are irresponsible. They place people with disabilities in quick-care areas, without proper training. 45 minutes waiting to be seen and no one showed up. I asked to speak to the manager and they didn't help me either. NEVER BUY PAINT HERE ...!

This is why I go to Home Depot, because you don't have to run around to find someone to help you. Jan B. in Garden and Jaime at the Special Services deal were so helpful with my purchase of a gas grill, and getting it assembled and delivered. Another gentleman helped me initially, but unfortunately don't remember his name. Thank you all.
