Very swift services, got my parcel in only 4 days and was nicely packed as well. Very happy and great work. Nothing was damaged as well.

Pathetic customer care service. My shipment is struck with customs for more than a month and there is zero support I am getting from India team and when I call US customer care, every time they say I am 3rd caller on line and give 6 mins as estimate time but never connect my call even if I wait for 30 mins.

Bad service. Don’t trust them. They lost my parcel. I claimed for money. Nothing received. When I tried to call customer service, they never receive. We should banned their service. Please don’t use Garudavega.
