German master tech did a pre purchase inspection on a Porsche Boxster for us and we were so pleased with the service. They were thorough and honest about the car not being worth purchasing. Thank you so much for great service and for saving us a bundle!!

Andreas + team are INCREDIBLE. I had a dead battery on my X5 that was purchased from an auto parts store down the street - Andreas told me it was a bad battery and was actually still covered under warranty. He actually WENT DOWN to the place that I purchased the battery from originally and got it replaced under a warranty swap so that I didn’t have to do it myself. I am blown away by the kindness and customer service - he has always done a wonderful job on my oil changes and charges extremely fair prices so I don’t feel like I’m getting overcharged, ever. Customer for life!!! Thank you Andreas!!!

We had such a wonderful experience at German Master Tech, Alpharetta GA. We were quoted $2,300.00 to have the air conditioner replaced in our Audi Q7 by North Roswell Automotive. German Master Tech quoted us WAY LESS at $1500. They ultimately suggested an even more affordable option by replacing just the broken part versus replacing the entire unit. Total price ended up being $580.00 with ZERO SURPRISES! They even asked us how we wanted to ship the part in an effort to save us even more $$. These mechanics are the real deal and incredibly trustworthy. Worth the drive to get there from Roswell for this peace of mind and savings. Also, this is the 2nd time they disagreed with a costly repair that was recommended by North Roswell Automotive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely use them again if needed!!

We took my daughter’s VW Atlas in To get new brakes after we were told by the Alpharetta Volkswagen dealership that we needed $1100 worth of new front brakes. Andreas, the owner provided a fair price over the phone so we scheduled to bring the car in (and he went ahead and ordered the parts). Upon arrival, Andreas looked the car over and told us that we didn’t need any work. He said the brakes were great, and we didn’t need the fluid flush that the dealer had also requested to do Not he take his time to drive the car personally but also took the time to show us how the rotors, pads and fluid looked (even bringing out a fluid tester).
The fact in 2025 that a business owner would be this invested in creating a great experience for their customer was amazing but what was even more amazing is that he didn’t do work that wasn’t necessary. That tells me a lot about the company and we will hundred percent be back as soon as we have work this is needed!

I just got pre sale inspection for a Mercedes, no detailed report, rude owner, i just put the credit card for payment and thought they charged and took it again. He rudely asked to pay first before taking the report. They may be good for service but not satisfied with pre-sale inspection and their attitude.

Andreas is amazing! We were about to leave for a big trip and he was able to squeeze us in at the last second to take care of a check engine light. Highly recommended and I won’t be taking my sprinter anywhere else!

Brought my car in to get it serviced instead I get the car back with a check engine light and everybody is acting dumb over priced and they are crooks. would not recommend for anyone
