I had an excellent experience with Diego at the GNC store. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the products, helping me choose the best option for my needs and answering all my questions with patience. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely wants to help customers. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to his great service. Highly recommended!

This is one of the cleanest GNC stores I been to and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been going there regularly and haven't been disappointed.

Walked in one weekend and was immediately greeted and welcomed to a clean, tidy, and professional establishment. Gina was kind enough to explain and recommend supplements that best fit my routine. I was happily impressed with this store and will be returning regularly!

Just stopped by to purchase vitamins. Google advises open at 11am. I go to door, locked and look at "store hours" and it states Sunday opens at :00. Lol. Is that 11:00, 12:00, 1:00 or whenever they feel like opening? Seems unprofessional, shame on location owner for allowing it. I will not be back, waste of time and trip. Other vitman shops around.

Sat outside for over 15 minutes waiting for them to open and yet to even open 15 minutes after opening time. Very unprofessional to run a business this way. Not to mention 2 other customers left bc they were waiting just like I was and didn’t open on time.

I’ve been there 9:30am and the store was closed. Waited for 10 min and nobody was there to open the store. And they say business hours from 9:30am.

The service at this location is just pathetic. The lady with the accent is always so rude and responds to questions as if she's being inconvenienced. Rather than walk around the counter to direct me to a product, she literally POINTED to a product from the checkout counter, as if I'm suppose to know which item she was pointing to. There were no customers in the store by the way, so I'm not sure why this was such a difficult task. Is that service? I think NOT!! This store doesn't match products on the website either. I'm confused.. Is this GNC or not?? The lady in the store said it was independently owned! Well then may I suggest to remove the exterior GNC signage and replace it with a "WE'RE INDEPENDENT, so don't expect top service" banner!

I was so glad I choose this GNC location today. Mardo ( I am sure her name is misspelled) was so kind and knowledgeable. She help me with the selection and educated me in the process. Great customer experience.

I visited this store with the hopes that I could be advised on a particular workout supplement. I entered the store and nobody was at the register which was fine so I walked around thinking someone would eventually come out. Well over 7 minutes later I noticed a lady with short blonde hair with glasses sitting in the backroom on a computer. Whether she woke up on the wrong side of the bed, or is just plain lazy, or has a problem with people of other races that's certainly the last time I'll go there.

Come at 9:30am bc that la the time is supposed to be open no one there waited till 10:20am still no one come to open the place, irresponsibility from management how can they not be on time to open the place…
