I was told by a worker that I could return clothes and get my CASH BACK(if the clothes did not fit - dressing rooms were not available) . Upon returning items I was told I would be receiving store merchandise credit only!! Very misleading and I am now in need of my cash money that I spent. Please make sure you are informing your employees (this was a Spanish speaking gentleman) the correct return policy!!!!!!!!

I called them three times they hung up on me each time I called. I was trying to call them to see if they were hiring very very inappropriate to hang up on a customer who is just trying to get a job a customer with disabilities autism. Very, very inappropriate to hang up on a customer and treat them with disrespect when they have disabilities

Store us organized well. I usually shop on senior day due to the better pricing on items. I think the prices have gone up too much over the past year. Not having open fitting room is very inconvenient, one can probably thank messy inconsiderate shoppers for that, but they do have a return policy in place if an item does not fit.

This is a great Goodwill in my opinion as far as the items that are donated.
This Goodwill has the oldest bathrooms ever. The bathrooms really need renovating.
Today when I went, the kids clothes were all put by color and separated by younger kids, clothes and older kids clothes which was nice!
If you’re new to shopping at Goodwill, they always have a color that is half price (these are items that have been at the store for more than a month and haven’t been bought yet) but on Mondays items that have been there for five weeks are $0.99!!
This store tends to have a decent amount of furniture and kid items - although to be fair I’ve only been to the store three times.
This morning we were the first ones in the door, and the manager was wrapping up the meeting with the employees but took the time to say hi to my daughter and I thought that was very nice!

I am highly disappointed regarding the employees of this location. The employee by the name has of Amy, is incredibly rude and lacks professionalism. Yes I know Goodwill hire disabled people. My 9 year old son has autism and we shop at this location every week. He loves the children books selection. Amy then took it upon herself to get in the intercom and recite that all children be with their parents. I was looking at the stuffed animals for him. My son doesn’t bother or talk to anyone. He is shy and loves reading. No one gets on the intercom when other children are riding the power wheel toys around the store or when children are sitting unaccompanied on the furniture. I did let Amy know that wasn’t necessary. He has autism and I clearly knew where he was. I have seen Amy be very rude and condescending to other customers when she stocking the books. She told one customers she needs to move should stock. Then today she did this to my son when I was actively walking to get him. Goodwill please train your employees to have empathy and professionalism. I will be contacting corporate.

Two employees up front but would only open one register. There was one person returning 10 or more, I stopped counting ar 10, pieces of clothing. Two employees at same register with returns... two people got tired of waiting and put their things down and left. All I can say is very poor management.

You cannot return anything that doesn't fit for anything but store credit, and they haven't bothered opening fitting rooms since Covid.
I was told I'd be able to return anything that didn't fit, I wasn't informed that it was only for store credit. This felt more like a trick to make you spend more money than a fitting room alternative. The manager helped by pointing at the receipt and letting me know that it informed me of the return policy, which I then had to explain to her you see only once you've already made the purchase.

The cashier on 4-22-24 at around 930am was awful. She looked mortified my 3 year granddaughter touched the item we were buying that she was scanning. The item not her. She did not touch the young lady. The gentleman sweeping in front of register was very pleasant and kind but the cashier made me feel my grand daughter had a contagious disease and was not welcome with how she responded. It was the worst experience I’ve had with a cashier ever.

If a store is open until 8pm are they supposed to already have the doors locked at 7:49? Hate when establishments are more concerned about leaving early than the customer actually shopping there.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Went in to return a few pair of jeans Ronda the cashier was very rude i spoke and said good evening no response, i let her know i was wanting to get a gift card for these items . Took them out the bag and handed her the receipt. I folded up the bag and asked her can i give it to her she replies the trash is over there and points at the door with an attitude. I said my apologies i thought you all might have had a trash can behind the the counter. She ask me did i want my old receipt i told her no it was fine but i could throw it away in the trash on my way out . She snatched my new receipt of the printer balls up the old one and rolls her eyes smacks her teeth and says have a good day. Totally unnecessary. Customer service is extremely important to me will not come back to this location.
